The rooms were clean staff were pleasant…pools were clean and hotel was clean….dining was good and prices were reasonable……

The pool, the room, the beach, the cleanness, and the service was top notch! The parking was too cramped, there was no coffee for coffee machines in room (told I had to bring my own, that never is the case) and the limited English some of the people at the desk.

The location of this hotel was a plus. Liked the Wildwood Crest area. Did not eat any meals at the onsite restaurant but took a look at the menu and choices and prices were good. Liked having the pool and walk to beach was convenient. Our room was clean and had a mini fridge and stove top and microwave and a sink. We did not cook during this trip. But was nice to have and would plan better and use next time. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. I spoke to a family who was there for the 5th year in a row so that says something.

There was no control at the pool. There was rules at the pool no diving no jumping off the bridge no children in the Jacuzzi and it was nothing but chaos at the pool me and my cousin couldn’t even sit there. Fathers were cannonball and their kids in the pool kids were jumping off the balcony and nobody was doing anything about it in the office despicable and then at night around 1112 one 2 o’clock in the morning the people across from me, their children were running up and down the hallway, screaming slamming doors all night long and again nothing was done.

Location Security- everyday 3 teenagers snuck into the pool area around 5pm to swim in the pool. Nobody asked them for wrist bands

Clean Room, multiple parking spots open. Excellent stay.

Room was a great space a little dated but definitely enough room for my family. Perfect location great staff.

Parking is minimal--1 vehicle allowed per room (a guest had an 8 person room--hard to imagine they fit all 8 in one car). Staff was friendly and tried to help. Breakfast was for an extra fee--so we opted not to try/have it.

The Property was lovely, and the proximity to the beach was great. We enjoyed the beach the morning before our check-in. The pool was wonderful too.

The beds especially the mattress on the pullout couch were not comfortable. There were not comforters on the beds and when asking the front desk they would only give us two thin blankets. Air conditioning was very old so it was either very cold or you had to turn it off in the room. Pictures make the hotel appear much nicer

Once you walk into the room it seems clean and comfortable but once settled you notice things here and there. My family and I stayed in ANNS which is one of their one bedroom two queen beds, one in the room the other outside by the kitchen. The kitchen very basic two electric burner, sink, and fridge which was next to a wall that the door would stop but made it difficult to fully open the vegetable draw. Part of the room had lay in ceiling square which were not placed correctly and hand screws that were also put in place horribly. The balcony door would not lock and the pull out bed hinges were rusted so that we couldn’t pull the bed out. The maintenance person came and unstuck the bed but once fully stretched you could see the rust lines on the top linen and bottom, I asked that it be removed and he said it wasn’t his responsibility but never attempted to send house keeping to clean the bed. I notified front desk and the issue was not solved. Now for the rest of the stay was fine, the pool and area were clean and by the beach. Good hotel not the best I give it a 3 out of 5 because of the issue we had.
