Clean, but not sure it was worth the amount of money. A front desk staff was rude to me when I was asking about guests and renting a beach wheel chair for my elderly mother. She was not friendly and didnt help us figure out to get my mom to the beach with her cane.

Love the pool & the activities. Unfortunately in order to have any shade around the pool you must pay for cabana and there are no complementary towels offered at the pool.

Clean room. Cute activities for kids. Nice pool. Staff was very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. CONS AC was not as cold as a normal hotel but it was decent at nighttime. The shower pressure was awful. Crest has a long walk to beach. The bedding was uncomfortable and weird. Not for me but it is the jersey shore after all.

READ THIS: if you like to sit in the shade by the pool, it cost $35. There are no umbrellas, and no free shady areas. I've never had this issue before. I am very well traveled. The staff were very uncaring.

Wi fi was poor, pull out bed was uncomfortable due to smelly and thin mattress, Mr Coffee in room but no coffee or cup. Very narrow parking spaces.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not clean, and there was visible mold in various spots in both the bathroom and the room itself. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they seemed completely unconcerned and made no effort to resolve it. I also asked to speak with the manager about the mold, but was told she was “too busy” to come out and address my concerns. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and customer service is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed place to stay, save your money and book somewhere else.

Only issue was the parking. There is 1 spot fir every room but tgey arent numbered so its first come first serve.The spots are not that wide so big trucks and SUVs take up 2 spots and make it difficult to fit. Numbering spots and enforcing it would take care of this.

The hotel needs to be updated.

Extent the beach The elevators are slow. Even though there is 3 so if you’re on the 6 floor it’s tuff huffing your luggage up 6 flights.

Not a very good experience, unfortunately. The hotel is okay overall, but many things need updating. The balcony railings are dangerous for children, elevators don't work very well, and the staff isn't very nice or accommodating. This is the first hotel/resort that I've been to (and I've been to many in several different countries) that you are not allowed to use hotel facilities for extra couple of hours passed checkout (which is pretty early--10:30am). They told me I can't leave a car at a parking lot for a couple of extra hours to go to the beach or can't use any facilities, like pool or restaurant. I've been to other properties around and that has never been a problem. They had many empty parking spaces, the hotel wasn't full, and check in time is 4pm. Usually you can still use the pool or go to the beach and leave a couple of hours later in the afternoon. Everything is a problem here and guests are a major annoyance.

We had the perfect view of the beach with private balcony. Plenty of privacy. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely go back!
