Clean rooms. Not handicap accessible. Wouldn't let me change hotels kno we ing i had mobility issues. Policy tumped compassion.

Very nice place and reasonably well maintained. Room was very clean. Some of the bathroom fixtures are rather dated. Great access to the beach. There is no boardwalk, or any walk that runs down the length of the beach in this area. There are plenty of places to walk on the streets, though. The hotel has 2 properties on either side of the street, and are both run by the same office. Parking spots are tight.

The entire place was spotless! The office was lovely and had nice merchandise too. The quiet location in the Crest is great. The pool was also clean. I would definitely come back for another stay. Small thing - the door lock for our room was a little wonky and difficult sometimes. I'd suggest a new doorknob for that particular room.

Our room had a kitchen with stove, microwave and full size fridge. That came in handy. No heat, so at the end of the season we were lucky it wasn't very cold.

I love the little apartment option. it's great to have a bedroom separate from a living area and kitchen. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and glasses, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, with a full-size refrigerator/freezer! the sofa bed was great to have for guests to stay. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a deck. so nice the rug was wet at the door entrance . due to the large amount of rain in past few days, they may need to waterproof the door jam a bit more.

Our first getaway in 3 years. We love staying in the crest and thought we would try a new place. The staff were wonder. The place is super clean. The only down fall was no outlet to blow dry your hair in the bathroom. Very close to the beach. I would highly recommend this place to stay at!!

Clean and loved the pool. The area with the corn hole game and tables was lovely.

Excellent environment for families. You have a choice to use 2 pools! I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. I know they offered coffee in the lobby but that was after 9 am.

Pleasant staff Great pools - Parking was extremely tight

I liked the proximity to the beach which was just down the street with easy walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of drawer space. I didn't use the pool but it looked very clean.

Property was supper clean and steps to the beach, which was great. Free, tasty coffee and well priced water and snacks were a plus. We did not use the pools but they looked very clean and well maintained. Our room was in the newly acquired Blue Marlin property so maybe this is a work in progress, but the room, although very clean, was extremely musty and damp. We tried to adjust the AC and vent to address, but it didn’t help. Even the sheets and towels felt damp. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again!

Definitely in need of a serious upgrade. Room was super run down and old. Needs a total refresh and move the AC units up high so it hits the whole room

Super clean and friendly staff make this the perfect spot for a quick getaway. Loved the Wednesday happy hour by the pool. Location can't be beat.

The location is great! Beach block! Very clean! They had an outdoor game area, 2 pools and a roof deck area!
