Pool and access to the beach is nice All facilities are old and pretty gross. Not a single surface is "nice" "new" or renovated. It needs a gut rennovation. The towels are the thinnes towels I have ever seen. The sheets, pillows, blankets are very thin, the carpet is gross, everthing feels moist all the time. We have stayed at this hotel for 5+ years and have decided to no longer stay here. Everything has a feel of a "landlord/handyman special" and for the price it is pretty unacceptable.

The hallways and rooms smelled musty. The rooms need updating in furnishings and carpet. The toilet looked like a public toilet and the bathroom was old looking, mirror finish coming off, grout and tile looked dirty. Considering this is the Crest and beachfront and what the cost was, it was disappointing aesthetically.

They should cleane the part between the hotel and the beach to have a neat view

Restaurant was opening too like and closing too early

Great scenery. All the rooms were great for privacy and air conditioning was great. A lot to do with the pools, snack shack, restaurant, arcade, and right on the beach. The rooms are ok, but a little dated. I don’t think we had quiet hours because we had a loud group of people across us and they were playing loud music, cursing/ using inappropriate language well into the night past 12 am which made sitting on our deck uncomfortable and not peaceful. The arcade was nice but some of the games were out of order so there wasn’t much to play.

I love the beach The bathroom is dated. We had to use a physical key to open the door. what happened to magnetic card? or a bar code on your wrist band?

Quiet room, big pool, clean and kind Small parking lot

The location, poll, lobby where nice. The food was satisfactory. Room space and set up sufficient. The hotel has the ability to present itself as a more upscale manner. The hallways throughout the hotel have very dim lighting. The lobby entrance lights are kept off so ts always dark and feels unwelcoming. Some of the staff at the desk dont even acknowledge when a guest walks up. Bath towels could use an upgrade. They were small thin and stained. No pool towels offered. The pool closed way to early. No toiletries offered, but soap wich was very small.

Comfortable bed, pillow & sheets. Nice staff at desk. The room was so humid that our clothing & towels were damp or even wet. A maintenance man came about this & treated us insultingly & never came back. The towels were terrible quality, no hair dryer, no shampoo or other samples. Our sliding door to the balcony couldn't be moved by one person, the chairs on the balcony were filthy, the screen door was not attached. Also while going up the steps to the entrance I cut my finger on the handrail which had open nuts & bolts on the top.

Location was good Shower was disgusting, no drain cover, shower head gross. Sinks rusty. Faucet part of it lifted. Beds very uncomfortable Balcony handle loose Pool steps very loose in deep end Restaurant staff rude

The pillows. Flatter than a pancake. Also there was a large pile of bird poop pile on the balcony as soon as we stepped out. Looks like the bird might have been there awhile. The counter space in the bathroom is non existent. I didn't see a hair dryer :( Otherwise a decent space. Minor things. We would definitely visit again. The beach was gorgeous and whole area was clean. The very flat pillows.

The pool. The view. The large clean rooms. This is not a dislike but a bit far from the boardwalk but with bikes not problem. Fun distance actually.

Breakfast was good. Bathroom. No shampoo, hair dryer, Kleenex

The rooms and bathrooms were outdated as well as the kitchenettes. The doors to the rooms are very hard to open with the keys.

Location We booked queen suite with ocean view but got a full beds and one room only with view . Doors between rooms weren’t closing at all and bathrooms were not clean.

The room was big, beautiful ocean views, great pools, no problems parking, close to everything. The bathroom toilet is very small, reminds me of elementary school’s bathroom and very low to the floor.

Staff was wonderful. My shower know very, very hard to turn on. The person came up. He had alittle tough time to fix. Still I had a hard time. Water was never hot or even warm.
