Rooms were comfortable and clean

I loved how friendly and nice the staff was. Literally feet from the beach. You had to play around with the shower knob to get the water hot.

Absolutly everyrhing. Staff, location the pool A little too hot in the arcade. The ac in the room wasn't cool enough

Available parking, elevator to make things easier. Close to the beach and balcony access. The 3 smaller pools were full of sand at the bottom. The dust and dirt under the beds. The beds were uncomfortable with hard pillows.

I liked nothing. The outside is just catfishing horrible/ Inside so old and outdated. Payed so much for the worst hotel ever. Very disgusting too and the shower creeks.

Ocean View, pool area. , AC was cold, was able to cook .separated bedrooms. Outdated. Screen door falling off. Chipped paint on patio railings.. bathroom sink rusty. No hot water in kitchen sink. Hard to get hot water in shower.

It was very cozy and nice! While the weather was a little worse for wear, the hotel itself was gorgeous, had an arcade that my son loved, and literally overlooked the beach. It was a great experience. N/A

The location was excellent. The place is very old and poorly maintained. It smells heavily of mold, and I had to keep the balcony door open just to stay in the room. Very neglected, too much of a damp smell. However, the pool, beach, and staff were excellent.

I love the building and I love that it is right on the beach you walk out of the hotel and your on the beach no driving

Upgrade the toilets!

The beach is amazing in Wildwood Crest. Wildwood is an extremely well taken care of town with a lot to do provided by the community. (pickleball and basketball courts) The pool at the hotel is also very nice. We had a handicapped person travelling with us and the ability to get transportation to the beach was a huge benefit. Upgrade the toilets!

Was able to get into the room before check in time Tv remote in the bedroom didnt work Dresser drawers did not open View was sub par Had to make 2 requests for towels There were no tv guides or wifi passwords posted in the room Pull out couch had an abundance of food crumbs and other debris underneath the cushions that fell onto the bed when pulling it out
