Bal Harbour Hotels

The beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was good. Access to the beach was nice which is why we choose to stay here. Accessibility to the office was up 5 steps or so. We all have difficulty climbing steps. There were no instructions as to whether you could access the office via elevator. Parking spaces were too tight for most SUV's esp. handicapped spaces which should have more room. The hallways were poorly lit. Our sliding glass door to the balcony would not open. We didn't realize this until the next day when we wanted to sit outside. The toilets were so low to the ground that it made it difficult for my husband, son and I to use. I have never seen such a low toilet in Wildwood and we have been coming here for 70 yrs. The Air conditioning system was not working on the last night of our stay and we couldn't even open the door for air. We were given a small credit for our inconvenience. If you are looking for no frills then this is the place to stay!

Available parking, elevator to make things easier. Close to the beach and balcony access. The 3 smaller pools were full of sand at the bottom. The dust and dirt under the beds. The beds were uncomfortable with hard pillows.

I liked nothing. The outside is just catfishing horrible/ Inside so old and outdated. Payed so much for the worst hotel ever. Very disgusting too and the shower creeks.

Outdated. Screen door falling off. Chipped paint on patio railings.. bathroom sink rusty. No hot water in kitchen sink. Hard to get hot water in shower.

It was very cozy and nice! While the weather was a little worse for wear, the hotel itself was gorgeous, had an arcade that my son loved, and literally overlooked the beach. It was a great experience.

I love the building and I love that it is right on the beach you walk out of the hotel and your on the beach no driving

Upgrade the toilets!

Was able to get into the room before check in time Tv remote in the bedroom didnt work Dresser drawers did not open View was sub par Had to make 2 requests for towels There were no tv guides or wifi passwords posted in the room Pull out couch had an abundance of food crumbs and other debris underneath the cushions that fell onto the bed when pulling it out

Location Outdated not enough towels carpet was dirty and screen door was broken not enough blankets bathroom needed updated

The hotel was clean , the staff was courteous the approximately to the beach and the location of the hotel. I have no complains or dislike

The hallways and rooms smelled musty. The rooms need updating in furnishings and carpet. The toilet looked like a public toilet and the bathroom was old looking, mirror finish coming off, grout and tile looked dirty. Considering this is the Crest and beachfront and what the cost was, it was disappointing aesthetically.
