Madison Resort Wildwood Crest

One of the biggest inconveniences was that we were never provided with the correct address for the tower we were staying in. We ordered food, and it was delivered to the other tower, causing unnecessary confusion and delays. The room was somewhat clear (although it smelled horrible), and the staff were courteous, but I think the listing should do a much better job of clearly distinguishing the different towers and accurately representing the accommodations guests will actually receive.

Great stay on the beach and near the boardwalk

Issues were dealt with in a timely manner. It's an older building like most accommodations in the area; there is a high probability of issues due to adjusting to the size of the property and technology. The amenities are awesome and the changes are obvious. Wonderful place to stay from the location to the staff. Enjoyed the stay!

Beach view and access were excellent. Rooms clean, pool and hot tub very relaxing and enjoyable. The property is well maintained, staff was excellent. Location easy to get to and from other places. Though we didn’t use the shuttle service, that was a nice option to have.

I wished they saw the balance I payed…. Sorry that my other card was comprised

I booked through Expedia but upon arrival to Madison Resort they said there was a balance owed of $104....not true and could not get help from front desk to resolve. Upon check out I have occurred three other charges unknown to me that I am disputing. Still trying to get a response from a manager. I am not happy.

Everything! Especially the heated pool! Pull out couch is very uncomfortable not something anybody could ever sleep on

Friendly staff, valet parking , free shuttle to anywhere you want to go, heated pool, fireplaces to sit by at night, beautiful rooms, chairs and umbrellas in the beach for guests. Only one person at the front desk, long lines for check in, they never answer the phone and you have to go down there if you need anything. Only one elevator.

Very attractive "Barbie Look" property; super convenient onsight shuttles service to nearby restaurants. Would return!

From check-in to check-out, and everything in between, my three days at the property were truly delightful. The staff were accommodating. The location was fantastic. I truly have no complaints! I had a blast!

Hotel was so nice the beds were very comfortable!! Breakfast was good enjoyed the omelet on the first day. Second day had the French toast good but weak thin bread

This was our 2nd stay during our anniversary. The previous stay we had an ocean view king suite which was very roomy so don’t select the king room or studio if you desire space. We made it work, the hot tub was great!

We loved the property and the front desk employees. They were so helpful. Our only issue was that on the second day of our stay they didn't clean our room. We were out for the day and when we returned at 5 pm our room hadn't been cleaned. The employees at the front desk did bring us clean towels and few other items and felt embarrassed that it wasn't done. Even with this we would stay there again.

The Madison had 2 buildings that aren’t connected. No one was at the blue building where my room was. No towels at pool and when I called the front desk I was asked to come get them. No toilet paper in the room. Pool view but you have to have the door open to the room bc there were no sliding doors or windows to open to see. Room was either freezing and when you turned the air off it was wet and muggy. No water pressure in shower. Smelled like fresh paint. We left a day early and the receptionist said have a nice trip and didn’t ask why we were leaving early.

This place severely lacks customer service! Absolutely terrible experience!!! Do not recommend to stay here!

Understaffed at the front desk with lots of conflicting information.

Great room! Clean and well maintained! Spacious for my dog!
