Beach Colony Motel

Rooms were immaculate, excellent customer service and Close to the beach.

This is an adorable, cozy and very well kept older motel just one block from the beach. The motel manager is extremely friendly and pleasant - excellent at communicating with guests and greeting us personally. With the weather forecast looking very rainy and windy, she even offered to let us change our dates at no charge. We thanked her but declined the offer. The motel felt very sturdy despite high winds. We appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Will stay here again and definitely recommend!

Very nice place . Is my second year consecutive staying with my family and pets. The only digestion it’s extend more the pool hours .

The room was great. I can't complain. It also had a seperate bedroom with a twin bed which was super cute. Smelled good. Was really clean. I liked the floor in my room which you will see if you copy and paste my link into your web browser. Lots of pillows, I love that! The decore was also satisfying. I didn't use the WIFI but I am sure that was great too. All the Guests were great and super super dog friendly. The pool was awesome and clean. I even stayed in the breezeway,there were zero issues. Someone complained the soap was to small in one of the reviews. I remember laughing at that. The soap is small but doable and if you need more. They will give it to you

What a great vacation staying...

What a great vacation staying at Beach Colony. The rooms were clean, great pool, and close to the beach.

Excellent check in , left us in room 2 hours prior to check as we arrived earlier. Property very well maintained & clean . Knowing property was totally pet friendly I booked anyway as I am a dog person but not traveling with, but the only problem was guests left dogs in rooms when they went for dinners or boardwalk time and some barked consistently for hours , next door was until 11 pm , did not make for a peaceful relaxing evening. Steps from the beach was wonderful but not so much the parking , especially in a full size truck or suv, had they been booked solid there would not have been enough spaces for all guests . Rooms appear MUCH larger on photos than they actually are ! Overall an ok stay

Love the location and the pool.

Location was perfect, easy access to the beach, walking distance to many activities like bikes, food, park. The Front desk woman was so friendly and helpful! Rooms were available early. My adult kids had a blast on the very clean pool and slide. The smell of the cleaning supplies, I think it was Fabulouso and the smell is annoying to someone sensitive to it

Nothing to brag about, no towels in the room when we got there. A lot of rust all over. Has a barbecue by pool you can use and fridge in room was bigger than most hotels and had a little freezer in it.

Great location & great vibe. Staff was helpful and responsive. Rooms & common areas were kept very clean and orderly.

That’s pet friendly and my daughter came out with some skin allergies.
