Saratoga Resort

Outlet behind the TV is coming off the wall, afraid to plug anything for safety reasons, coffee maker tray was not clean, bathtub is peeling off, sink was clogged, towels have stains (not really clean) have to ask for more towels. Only good thing is the quite hours at nights and early mornings.

Very affordable and comfortable resort. Good vibes, spacious bedroom and living area. Would use again due to this and its great location.

The staff is very helpful and there's an after hours numbe you can call if you need anything when the front desk is closed. 4 stars because my drains in the bathroom weren't working well. When I told the front desk, she was very nice and said she could have fixed it for us. We didn't mind since we were only there for a weekend. She did promise it will be fixed. Also did you know this is one of 2 hotels who still use physical keys in the area? I thought it was awesome!

Half a block from the beach excellent location for restaurants

Very clean and well maintained property. The outdoor pool was amazing. The staff was wonderful and I did enjoy the on-site restaurant although I wish it stayed open later. My children and I had a ton of fun and the location is very convenient as the beach is literally a two minute walk around the corner.

Cute little place to stay. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean.

One of the best hotel pools I’ve seen yet, big pool very clean. Bathroom outdated, very small, shower head needs upgrade and the toilet was too small to use.

The property was very convenient to the beach. The pool was well maintained and the air conditioning met our needs. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. I also felt the rooms were clean. Beds weren't very comfortable, rooms had minor issues (cracked tub, loose outlets, and low water pressure).

The room smelled so bad it made me nauseous. The floors were warped and buckling up. The pull out couch was so dirty I wouldn't sit on it. I had to leave .I found a clean accommodation elsewhere.

Pool

The rooms and the property here were well maintained. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms could use some updating. Linens were clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Ample parking and the outdoor pool area was clean and well kept. I would recommend the Saratoga if you are looking for a place with comfortable accommodations to spend a few days close to the beach in Wildwood Crest.

The kitchen was sufficient and the internet lagged at times

The location is great. Less than a minute walk to the ocean, no road to cross. The room and the pool area are very clean. We loved the food at their cafe. There is always a parking spot available. We came back to the hotel around 11 pm and there were a few spots available. The beach is extremely clean, well maintained and has a lot of life guards. The hotel staff was very polite.

I didn’t like that we went swimming & got yelled at by the older gentleman putting the chemicals in the pool! We were on the diving board & jumped in! He yelled that we got him wet! Seriously? Very unprofessional & for that behavior I will not return.

“The pipes are old”. My husband, a paramedic and firefighter told her she should not rent the room to anyone with children or risk a serious injury to a child. She shrugged and said she’d have someone take a look. Nothing changed and no one looked at anything.
