I think the rooms/bathrooms could have been a bit cleaned more thoroughly, but it’s not a deterrent as we had to switch to a bigger room and may not have had that final touch. Overall would come here again!

Outstanding customer service and cleaning staff. Very comfortable beds. Excelllent air conditioning. Good location, close to the beach. Good refrigerator/freezer space. VERY basic accomodations. The safe was small, not attached, and not big enough for a laptop. The microwave was small and weak. One burner did not work.

Great location, very close to the beach, parking right outside your room. Receptionist was very nice. Way way way too much for what you get here. Not worth it. Dirty, there were stains on the table, on the on the toilet seat, on the wardrobe, someone's old soap in the shower, condom wrapper (yes) in the nightstand drawer, bedsheets had a hole in them, bathroom sink was dirty and had mold in the overflow drain. Phew. Wifi was so bad I can't remember a single time it was properly working, had to use my phone (and data) as a hotspot for my laptop. There's AC but it's super loud when it ramps up.

Absolutely amazing experience. Hotel staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room right by the pool. Pool was wonderful and we were only a block from the beach. Very safe and quiet stay. No complaints. 3 night stay. Def coming back!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Great 4 day stay. The kids enjoyed the pool I enjoyed the location. Definitely will be back soon!

I made a mistake in booking this room. The minimum age is 25, and since I am 18 I called the hotel to see what I could do. The woman on the phone said that since there're no refunds, I could bring a $200 security deposit that I would get back if I followed the rules. This should have been the first red flag, and I was put off, but I was grateful they were still letting me come. I made sure of the rules on the phone and at the counter, because I was worried they would spring something last minute and keep my money. The rules were no smoking, nothing broken, and no extra guests. Perfect, since I don't smoke and I'm not rowdy. The room had a bit of dirt on the walls and floor and the sheets were stained, but I was still grateful to stay there. When we tried to leave, the lady at the counter checked our room, she said it smelled like smoke and we couldn't have our money back. This is ridiculous, because we did NOT smoke in the room! I have never smoked in my life, and who would be dumb enough to smoke with $200 on the line anyways. We were very upset, so she sent another worker to check, and this woman was very rude and rolled her eyes at us. Again she lied, saying she smelled smoke. I should've asked another guest or maybe the police to check, but I was so put off all I could do was leave. My family wants me to press legal action, but I don't want it to come to that. Do NOT rent from these scammers.

Moni and her team are the epitome of customer service, always smiling, caring and eager to help. I locked myself out of my room by accident, they were quick to fix. I had an issue with my window lock (my own user error), and they were quick to resolve. They made it feel like you were part of the family with their warm and kind interactions. In a world where customer service has taken a serious hit, Saratoga Resort stands above the rest and reminds me of the goodness of humanity. Will definitely consider staying again!

The first thing that I’d say is that the ENTIRE staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Secondly, I’ve been there a few times and it’s always been clean. Lastly we’ve always like it because it’s such a relaxed environment especially by the pool.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The room was a bit dated and the bathroom was extremely small.

The receptionist at the front desk was lovely and went above and beyond to help. That said, the rooms were dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the place was generally not clean.

Arrived early and was able to get my room . She explained it all to me at the desk . Great locations and cute rooms. Pool was awesome for families as well . I couldn't get my TV to work and once I plug it in the remote wouldn't work . All the outlets didn't work and some were confusing . In the morning I tried to go to the coffee shop but it wasn't open and they were having trouble . The girl was kind of rude .

It was in the crest The front end lady. Was insanely rude. We showed up early for check in our room was not ready yet. Which wasn’t, a problem we went down to the beach! She called us and was like well; I thought you were in a rush! Whoever said that?! Then made me extremely uncomfortable during check out. Asking if I’d be booking there again, or did I have any complaints. Also, they were doing some sort of construction right next to our room. With loud drilling.. insane … room was small. Bathroom was small … we booked there for last minute trip! We won’t be booking there again.

The location, cleanliness, the check in staff. The pool was also great. The shower was a bit confusing at times and would go from hot to cold randomly.
