The staff were so polite and welcoming. Ready to help with anything. Even the maid tidy up each morning so promptly. The location was absolutely perfect. I thought thing could be a little cleaner. Not so much dirty but dusty throughout. Just needs like a deep cleaning.

The closeness to the beach and the staff was friendly The bathroom and motel room were dated. The room was advertised as 2 kind beds but they were full/queen. The tiles in the baby pool were falling into the pool.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. Rooms were very outdated and dirty. One of the pillows was stained all over and should have been thrown away. Towels were disgusting and were stained and felt dirty. Bathroom sink was coming away from wall. Caulk was coming apart everywhere. Shower was discolored and gray. Shower temp was very inconsistent. Drawers had a very heavy mildew smell. Didn’t like one thing about the room.

The room has definitely been updated but still needs a little more attention. There really was no overhead lighting to be able to see in the mirror but not a real deal breaker for one night. Loved the Keurig and they provided all of the necessities for two nice cups of coffee in the morning. Some rust in the tub on the faucet and fixtures. Bathroom was a little small but doable. It was very clean.

The hotel was really cute and quaint. Great location in the Crest and close to the beach. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the rooms were really comfortable. We were really happy with our stay and look forward to going back.

Nothing Shower curtain was moldy. Blinds were moldy. A lot of rust in the room. Room was dirty. Towels needed thrown out due to stains and nothing left to them. Hair everywhere. Room was gross.

Location to the beach Nice pool Comfortable bed Parking spaces are narrow and if everyone doesn’t stay equally between the lines, cannot get in or out of your vehicle. Minor-but could use a few pictures on the walls.

The booking description said this place had direct access to the beach, it does not. The room description said "ocean view", however the desk clerk informed us they don't have ocean view rooms (because there is another hotel between them and the ocean). Got to the room and discovered the bed was only full size, not Queen size as our reservation stated. I then opened the dresser drawer to find 2 pair of thong panties. Gross. The bathroom was nicely updated, however they never removed the sticker from the tub, the sink was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom door had a cut made in it so that it could close without hitting the toilet. Also, the window in the shower has a direct view into the neighboring hotel. very strange. They offer free onsite parking, however the spaces are incredibly small. You can park, but don't expect to open your door. I never review hotels, but I felt it necessary this time in order to let others know they are not getting what is advertised (direct beach access, ocean views, Queen beds). One good thing about the room was the full size fridge and freezer.

The location is great! Close to the beach. The pool is large and has a diving board. The staff was friendly. The bedding was damp. The room was humid and AC was not able to make it drier or to cool it enough. The wifi was not working.
