The location, cleanliness, and front desk staff (I don’t know her name, but A++++) The cleaning staff are quite invasive. Instead of just knocking, shouting “HOUSEKEEPING!” and waiting for a response (or lack thereof), they will attempt to just barge right in your room. I get they have a job to do and are only following their list of rooms to be cleaned but common courtesy is if you do not receive a response, move onto the next. Don’t just be trying door knobs of people’s rooms. Secondly, on our day of checkout, we moved our belongings to the car early in the event that we were not back from breakfast by the 10am checkout time. We had planned on showering one last time when we returned. However, we return to our door open and the room stripped by the cleaning crew. We still had time to spare before our designated checkout time and we did not announce that we were checking out at the front desk. Not to mention, our DND placard was displayed. The cleaning crew just took it upon themselves to check us out before we did so voluntarily. They left no soap or washcloths to shower with. As far as the room itself, the ceiling fan worked the first night. By the second night, it was no longer working. The shower made an annoying screeching sound. The AC system was complicated to control (although it did effectively cool the room).

We liked it so much we asked to stay an extra day, the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Can not wait to return.

It was clean Not ocean front

The room is very clean and roomy.

Safe and clean property. Close to the beach. We stayed here last year also in an ocean facing suite. But there are no usb sockets and the flat screen TV’s are rather small. Coffee maker in our room stopped working on our last morning. Not enough towels and washcloths for 4 people in the bathroom. The staff are all friendly here. And we would stay here again.

Exceptionally clean. Everyone kind and helpful. Perfect for families with school age and younger kids. Beautiful beach, great playground with huge splash pad right in front. Close to everything. We’ll be taking our kids back.

Staff was great, location was great. Only issue we had was there were no handicap accessible rooms available at the time of my booking and I was traveling with my handicap sister. This in no way should reflect poorly on the hotel, I booked to late to get one of the handicapped rooms.

Rooms smell good. Only needs more utensils like big bowls, and more pans, updated coffeemaker. Otherwise everything was great on our stays

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the pool; it doesn't get any sun in the afternoon, only a little in the morning. One suggestion: there should be a range hood in the kitchen.

We checked in rather late, so there was nowhere to park… The woman at the desk moved her car so we could have a spot… They were so helpful and accommodating. Our room was very clean too!
