Jolly Roger Motel

I absolutely love the Jolly Roger Motel. The staff is so nice and kind. The pool is beautiful; the lobby area is full of reading materials; the Avalon coffee shop is great; their bagels are delicious. And the location is great - right around the corner from the outdoor Wednesday night concerts in the summer. Possibly the rooms could be updated.

Everything was amazing. Staff was attentive, rooms were clean as was the pool and the entirety of the hotel. Close to the beach.

The 1960s-style decor is fun, and while there are newer properties in Wildwood Crest, this one is very clean and well-maintained. Free coffee is available all day long, the staff is knowledgeable and upbeat, and the pool and barbecue areas are impeccable. Parking is more than adequate. The music by the pool plays a little too loud and too late into the night (in September), invading quiet rooms long after everyone has stopped using the pool. Perhaps the music was still on a summer schedule when daylight and warmth last past nine o'clock.

furniture and decor choices were very retro and nostalgic. located close to the beach and the board walk. location wise a great pick. parking spaces bigger and easier to use then most places i have stayed at

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The A/C did not work to well

We enjoyed the pool very much. The pillows were so bad we went and bought our own. We were on the third floor and we are in our 70s was hard lugging everything up. I wish they said they had no elevators. The people were very nice!

Exactly as advertised and expected. 10 out of 10.

Facility upgrades needed. More pillows and softer towels.

Please upgrade the beds in motel rooms. They are extremely hard to sleep on. Sadly it takes away from how very nice your establishment is.

Superb

Exceptional

Their coffee/cafe could have been better

Friendly and accommodating staff. Atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing

I like location Pillows could have been better. I would have like a blanket not those ones that they have on the beds that I don’t think they wash.

The bathrooms needed updating

I liked the location and the pool area The bathrooms needed updating

I sent an email about it

It’s nice how the property has a tennis court/pickleball court and corn games. The employees were behind the hotel smoking marijuana and families were letting their kids ride their scooters inside the facility almost running other guest over.
