Clean. Friendly staff Housekeeping didn’t clean the room the first day. But the problem was addressed and the room cleaned the next day. Another day we had to inform management that the bathroom was not cleaned around the toilet. The problem was addressed immediately and corrected.

Been coming to the Biscayne since the 70's . I is a very well run hotel that is kept in immaculate shape. There are 2 pools and is in walking distance to the beach. My family had a great time there and the staff are the best

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, location was great. Did not realize there was no elevator so check in and check out were a little difficult. Otherwise, would recommend.

We were in town for a sports tournament and stayed for one night. It was a great place to lay our head down at night— very basic but clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had was the price. What I paid for one night was comparable to a one night stay at a 4 star hotel in Disney (and there is no comparison to that).
