Sea Scape Inn

An older hotel but close to boardwalk. Clean and decent. The AC is old and didn’t do a very good job cooling the room but was hotter than usual and was gone most of the weekend. Very quiet room. The pool is quite small and more than 3 or 4 people and it’s crowded. But was cute and people seemed to enjoy it (I did not go into the pool). Parking was tight and on a Saturday night in the middle of summer, there weren’t any extra places. But the rest of the weekend was fine and they do have some garage parking, which was very nice. All in all, a decent, family owned hotel that was clean and quiet. One item: this is the first hotel I stayed in that did not have a hair dryer available. So if you book this place, bring your hair dryer!

Location. Close to beach and boardwalk. Not very well kept.

Our suite was on the 3rd floor with no elevators. As someone with 2 knee surgeries and heart issues, this was difficult for me.

There is zero curb appeal, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. Everything looked updated and clean. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming and unruly kids running around at 3 AM. The maid did not change the sheets or make the bed just emptied the trashcan and put out new towels.

It was a perfect location! The room was large enough for the two of us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely even if on the smaller side. It was a great stay!

This place was awesome! We just got back and we had a great time. The host (owner, I'm guessing) was so nice. He seemed to genuinely feel joy from seeing us have a good time. We had a little mini party for my 6 year old at the grill area. The guest were so nice , some of them came down and sing happy birthday with us , had cake and gave him money for his bday Lol. Definitely a family environment. I usually have to buy everything for my stays in wildwood (we go every year). But here I didn't need anything! Paper towels, coffee, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, full fridge, microwave...etc. Even though I always get a kitchen room at other places, they almost never have ANY of those things...Just stove, mini, fridge and microwave lol. Can't say enough great things about this place. This will definitely be our new spot when visiting the shore.

Nice place to stay for a quick getaway.

Owner is rude. Demanded guests be there by 9PM, rudely removed them early insisting they had too many people in the room (when local family stopped by with them), and wouldn’t refund.

The rooms were very clean. Super close to the beach, basketball courts, playground, and boardwalk. I liked that you could see the beach from outside our room. The place and pool were small, but it did not take away from the stay at all. It was quaint and quiet, perfect for our family. I wish there were a set aside children part of the pool but it still worked out fine; the kids were able to play on the steps and the short step that went around the shallow side of the pool.

Cash deposit of $100.00. Cost of ice for $5.00. poor directions to find the ATM

Owner runs a tight ship. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and property. Definitely not a place to be loud and party or bring guests. But if you want a quiet, safe and relaxing vibe this is it. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place and very family friendly for small kids. Kids loved the pool. Laundry on site. Rooms were clean and spacious with full size fridge. One block to the beach. Quiet area. Will be back

We had an amazing time from start to finish. I booked this place & got a little nervous because I saw some negative reviews but in my opinion the 1 star reviews are dramatic!! If you read the rules & understand their policies & check in procedures you will not have an issue here. Rooms very clean & stocked with everything you need. Pool was well kept with perfect temperature, but kind of small. You are near the beach & boardwalk but you have about a 20 min walk to boards. Very close to restaurants, ice cream shops, & activities. We are already looking into dates to book another stay here. This was the vacation we needed! Thank you Chris!
