The bed wasn't comfortable. Very old and squeaky Very noisy aircontions. Did not show correct texture Cash deposit of $100.00. Cost of ice for $5.00. poor directions to find the ATM

Owner runs a tight ship. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and property. Definitely not a place to be loud and party or bring guests. But if you want a quiet, safe and relaxing vibe this is it. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom of the room was very clean. The AC worked well. It was close to the beach Housekeeping came the day after but we were at the room and told them we didn't need anything at the moment. They never came back to change towels. We could manage fine.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed - Chris is so lovely, informative and helpful! The rooms are clean, comfy beds, great coffee machine and having a fridge was brilliant! We only have good things to say - thank you Sea Scape Inn! No complaints at all!

Great place and very family friendly for small kids. Kids loved the pool. Laundry on site. Rooms were clean and spacious with full size fridge. One block to the beach. Quiet area. Will be back

We had an amazing time from start to finish. I booked this place & got a little nervous because I saw some negative reviews but in my opinion the 1 star reviews are dramatic!! If you read the rules & understand their policies & check in procedures you will not have an issue here. Rooms very clean & stocked with everything you need. Pool was well kept with perfect temperature, but kind of small. You are near the beach & boardwalk but you have about a 20 min walk to boards. Very close to restaurants, ice cream shops, & activities. We are already looking into dates to book another stay here. This was the vacation we needed! Thank you Chris!

Clean, good staff, grate location.

The motel itself was nice, clean and functional. The location is very close to beach access. Let's put it this way, this motel is wonderful, if you are a retired couple. As far as being an active family, it leaves room for improvement. My mother and sister decided to drive down and last minute wanted to stay the night. They were not allowed onto the property to see it could accommodate my baby nephew. We aren't the partying crowd, so for a grandma, mom and baby to be turned away was off putting. They wound up at a motel closer to the boardwalk for 100.00 cheaper. Again this is a very nice motel for a retired couple who want to be left alone.

All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was great and the pool was very clean and maintained. Would definitely recommend and we will be looking forward for another stay! Nothing

It was clean, comfortable and affordable. The location and beach view is great, the Jitney and tramcar are very close if you don’t want to walk 20 minutes to the heart of the boardwalk. Minor things.. I wish the shower head was detachable and the wall unit air conditioner was noisy and leaked onto the porch which made it slippery if you weren’t paying attention.

room pool and access to beach

The location was very close to the beach which we liked. The room was clean and well maintained. I found the two people I encountered (that worked there) to be friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again if I visit that area. The proximity to what I wanted to do.

There was no breakfast The room wasn't the one I booked , my girlfriend went to the desk to request a few extra pillows and the owner Chris freaked out and told us he was throwing us out and was calling the cops , all this within the first half hour of our arrival , the room we booked was 2 beds , the one we actually got was one single, never again will we stay here , and judging by past reviews, he does this to a lot of guests !!

Very nice motel with owner taking pride in care. For my back bed was hard but the sofa was good.

Clean. Great price,big room for family, and very close to the ocean!!! Loud at night from surrounding hotels having outside summer parties, they play music late at night!!
