It was absolutely terrible—the bathroom was filthy, the bed was broken, and in the middle of the night someone kept banging on the door outside my room. It was completely unsafe. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!!!
-
How close it was to beach. The pool was nice.things were clean. Only one burner on the cook top worked. The ceiling fan only work when the light switch was on, could not turn the light off the cord was missing so could night run the fan at night.

My room drawer dresser felt on me and I pinched my thumb trying to protect the tv . The floor wasn’t level out and the tall dresser was falling apart. This can be a risk for children .

The bathroom was very sad. The toilet had trouble flushing. No hot water in the shower and the drain in the shower was clogged and filled up very quickly.
-
I stayed as a last minute booking and the staff was extremely accommodating. The property was basic and clean.

Fun enjoyed my time with my family and friends

The Aztec staff was kind and helpful! Pool was clean and beautifully maintained and rooms were clean and bright.

Booked it last minute to attend a funeral. Listed as the lowest online price in the area. No frills: 2 beds, large shower, TV. Was a little noisy late night poolside: wished it had a chair.

Overall, not a bad place to stay

This hotel was so run down. Our door didn't lock properly. The kitchen sink faucet didn't work. It was so dirty!! The sheets had stains on them. The vents had something that looked like paper shoved in it. The sitting room light didn't work. I would never stay here again.

Rooms, sheets, bathrooms were clean no complaints there. Parking was very limited nothing designated for handicapped accessibility. Everything is very dated, worn and rusty and the old metal key entry doors were VERY hard to open. For the price charged, it needs a major renovation

Very Clean , Staff was wonderful. Would stay agsin Nothing negative to say

Location was close to boardwalk and things to do. Parking was free. The stove in kitchen shocked my husband as it remained constantly on and the red stove light was on but no heat. No soap or sponge for dishes. Shower is small so curtain clings to you. There was no hair dryer. I dropped something and had the not so pleasure of looking under the bed. This place needed some deep cleaning. Lastly there are no blackout curtains and the hotel neon light and neighbors porch light blares into the room all night.

It was our first stay. We loved it! Clean, spacious, great staff. Beds were so comfortable. The AC in the room was so cold. Quiet area, close to boardwalk. Pool was clean and had a grill. We will definitely be returning!

Finally we were on third floor and I have bad knees so it was challenging with stairs but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We went for our anniversary trip, Very peaceful and had all you needed. Staff was very friendly and nice. Other guests were friendly as well. Pretty clean and tidy. I would stay again!

The staff was friendly. The room was terrible...very cramped. For example, sit on the commode (that the seat was loose) and your knees hit the wall. One lamp in the room. Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom bc it's a pedestal sink. No shelves or anywhere to put a bar of soap or shampoo in the shower. No alarm clock or phone in the room. The only outlets for charging anything were used by the lamp & mini fridge. No side tables by the horrible bed that created and felt like a futon mattress. Last but not least, the air conditioner was very loud!! It was almost unbearable. We WILL NOT be back and don't recommend anyone else go either. On a positive note, it's within walking distance to the beach/ocean.

It was exactly 11pm and the office staff came out with an attitude saying “it’s quite time” and we were not even being loud plus the Nicks had just won and the entire town was being loud so I feel like them coming out to just us was uncalled for.

We have been coming to Wildwood for bit and we always choose Aztec. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, tons of restaurants, shows, and other things to do.. The parking always makes me super anxious. Too tight, especially for larger SUV’s and trucks.

Good location. Friendly & very helpful staff. Hotel was adequate but in need of some TLC and modernizing. Old fixtures on bathroom sink & shower. Air conditioning unit was loud & the trim molding surrounding it was loose and needed to be nailed back on. The blinds on the window were nice but the gap around the edges let in a fair amount of light and some curtains would’ve been nice to block the motel lights and morning sun. Also extension cords for appliances dangling on wall wasn’t a good look.
