Amazing owner and staff who are on top of things. Clean and comfortable rooms. AC was a bug plus, was great always walking in too a cool room on hot days or just getting in from the beach. So many awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner choices in walking distance and being right near the boardwalk/beach is such a relief. We will definitely be staying again.

I was very impressed that I was able to check in 2 hours early to our room. We had an excellent view of the water and the location is perfect for walking the boardwalk. I would definitely stay there again!

The room is very clean an probably renovated. The location is also good. The kitchen is a plus but if you plan to cook, get your own cutting board. They dont have one. The only problem with the unit is the AC. There is only one window mounted AC unit in the bedroom and doesn't reach to the living room. Very hot during the night. And also its very noisy to sleep with rhe AC on.

Cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room had pots and pans, in addition to plates and cups. Beautiful view of the beach to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and nice, staff is amazing. Will be great if the cooking pans were non stick ones. Overall the place is very convenient to the beach and parks and restaurants.

Aquarius was an absolute pleasure to stay at. All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and work very hard everyday to maintain the place to a high standard. The place is very clean, organized and was restocked daily.

Air conditioner in bedroom only. Picture looks like a larger bed in the efficiency very small bed for a child.

My husband is disabled and uses a rollator for walking and with the elevator he was able to get around and the bathroom was set up that he could shower with no help.

The rooms are a bit small, but its really all you need for 2 people. Pool was nice, location is excellent, and the room was nice and clean. Would stay again.

Our hotel had a separate bedroom that had air conditioning but the living room didn't so it was really warm at times sitting in the living room. I wish all the rooms had air conditioning. There was a ceiling fan but I would prefer to have air conditioning in all the rooms.

The amount of space and the pool Ac was a little loud but my ears are sensitive and it was extremely hot.
