The room was tremendously spacious and very clean. The hotel is conveniently close to the beach and boardwalk. We splurged a bit for this perk and were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The WiFi was weak/no signal. Minor detail but the bathroom toilet was very short.

The water pressure. Dirty and dated. Definitely not worth $400 a night. Ocean view was a stretch. More like parking lot views.

Clean and staff very accommodating and nice!

We stayed at this location the year before as well-- it's a great spot, right near the boardwalk for easy beach access. They have parking and are generous with it. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and able to enjoy the beach. The overhead light in the living room area didn't work, the pull-chain was broken. No big deal. The bathroom is a little dated, but again, no big deal-- we are just using it to shower and use the toilet, it doesn't need to be fancy!

Always a great stay

Maintenance came immediately and addressed a concern I had about a sink not draining. The people at the desk really did their best to be helpful. They even cashed in a couple of our dollars so that we would have change for the toll. The location was great and the person cleaning our room was top slight---without asking she made sure we had enough toilet paper and and supplies. She also did a great job making up our beds beautifully. The kitchen area was very helpful. We liked a lot! The unit was nicely spacious for 4 people and exceeded our expectations----and we had everything we needed BUT some of the maintenance thru the years was done sloppily, .....and the unit showed its age. The unit was rented to us with a toilet that rocked when you sat on it. All in all we were satisfied and would come again but I know that some of our friends would have felt it was not up to grade

Nothing Staff / safety

Only thing that I didn't like was the sofa bed to hard to sleep on.

Parking was terrible. Large vehicles do not fit in the spots making it difficult to park next to them (I do not have a large vehicle). Came back from the boardwalk at night and there were no spots left in the lot. Luckily after a few trips around the block someone left, but obviously there are people parked there illegally and no one is monitoring.

Wi-Fi is almost non existent
