Oceanic Hotel

Right across from boardwalk and beach; firm, comfy bed; nice, updated bathroom Parking is horrible: limited close to hotel, then overflow is a block away; weird tiki bar at pool thats open to public; TV is large, but image is fuzzy and only 20 or so channels; no hot water in morning, long wait time in afternoon for water to get hot; huge, disgusting carpet stain in front on fridge that I covered with towels so I didn’t have to walk on it; no microwave; employee didn’t even speak to me when I checked out, just took keys and turned back on me

The location is very convenient The cottage was dirty, found a cocktail

Great location to beach & boardwalk . Pool and pool bar very nice. Very old and extremely small rooms. Not even a nightstand . AC Leaked all over the balcony

It was very close to ocean and boardwalk The room was very small without a microwave for the price it was not worth it and check in wasn't till 3 which is relatively late for the area

Window was cracked no light except the bathroom and a broken lamp the ac plastic cover kept falling off the room wall looked dirty need a new paint job no dresser 3 hangers for mine and my boyfriend's clothes ‍♀️ just not a comfortable experience Everything

The location was nice. Right across the street from the boardwalk at the convention center. Parking was an issue. The parking lot is small and there was another lot about a block away. We parked there on a gravel lot. The room seemed like it was remodeled. The only thing we needed was maybe hooks in the bathroom to hang our bathing suits to dry. Our particular room view was the building next door. The windows need to be cleaned outside. We also had only the switch on the wall by the door to control all lighting in the room. It would have been nice to have a light switch next to bed to turn out lights by the bed. We didn't use the pool. It was crowded and small. We were looking for somewhere to wash off the sand from the beach. Didn't have no where to wash sand off feet before entering the building.

Pool is dirty and had throw up in it. Somehow they put us in the wrong room and staff was only slightly helpful with that. This place still looks the way it did when I was 10 years old, at least the cottage part was nice back then because the hotel now is trash. I would stay somewhere else. I typically never type reviews but this was genuinely one of the worst travel experiences I had.

The location was nice. Where do I start?!?! Parking lot was two full blocks away crossing a 4 lane road. Pictures not accurate at all. No hangers, no side table, no lamps, no mirror, no iron, broken shower door, dirty/filthy everything! Stained carpet, rusty refrigerator. Could not even open curtains. Smell of marijuana all day everyday.

The room itself could be much better with some renovations, as there were holes in the wall. The door to our room did not close all the way so you really had to push to ensure the door was closed. As well as the locks on the door was janky, had to push the lock from the inside of the door to make sure it was locked when leaving. Overall the room did it's job, but the door issue definitely leaves a bit unsettledness.

The air conditioner in room was too small for size of room. There was to be a queen bed. Bed was full size. The rug in room was old and dirty. Called front desk about air conditioner no one ever returned my call or emails. Yes the price was at a good rate but falsely advertised

The Not so Good: The pool area was a bit messy and the tables do not have umbrellas. The rm we were in had the very bare minimum 2 bed, tv, mini fridge, sm coffee maker,blow dryer. no table, or night stand, no dresser, only 3 hangers in the sm closet. There was supposed to be shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Nope. No blankets on the beds had to fetch them from front desk. Windows on the door to the balcony were broken. Someone tried to duct tape them shut as a fix I guess but that didn't work and most of the air-conditioning went right outside.We did tell front desk they said someone would come to fix it but that never happened. Rm had tiny ants.

This was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at. I checked out early and I WANT MT REFUND
