Esplanade Suites, a Sundance Vacations Property

One night some of the other rooms were having a late night party and were very loud. The walls were thin and we had trouble sleeping. No staff on site after 9p.

Location

Superb

We had a great experience! We couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to turn on so we asked one of the cleaning ladies and she had maintenance come to our room to fix it with in 10 mins! It ended up just being unplugged.

Exceptional

The manager was wonderful very helpful. He even helped carry our suitcase up to our room.

Very good

The room was clean and spacious for a studio. The cleaning products used had a powerful ammonia smell. It took days for the smell to evaporate.

Great location. The family room was excellent.

The room was up to date and amenities inside were good. A full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave with all cooking utensils and dishes. Grilling and smoking area. Benches out front of each room I wish the shower was bigger and had a removal shower head. The bed just a little bit softer.

We had a very relaxing stay:) Everything was great! The room was spacious and very clean .

Excellent location. Easy walk to all attractions and the beach. Close to restaurants and shops so you can avoid driving. Room was recently renovated which was very nice. Can't beat a clean modern room for your stay. Will stay again! NA

Very good

Tv in living room didn’t work. Stove top was broken and taped together. Was told there was linens in closet for pull out bed but there wasn’t. It is a lot smaller than advertised. For the amount paid I wouldn’t recommend.

Location and cleanliness Toilet paper roll was not well fastened to wall and falling off. No air conditioner in kitchen or living room area acquiring us to keep bedroom door open at all times. ( no privacy in bedroom if door open)

Very good

Exceptional

Our priorities for this visit : cleanliness and location. We weren't disappointed. Our room was just like the pictures on site. We had a easy check-in and our room was ready for us. Just a block and a half to the board walk - great location. Enuf parking onsite. AC worked fine. Fresh towels available when asked. Pool always clean. Mostly families and respectful vibe to the place, quiet at night. We didn't BBQ but many people did. No daily housekeeping but that's ok for us. Mini kitchen stocked for basics (and clean). Ice machine on site. We tried a few of the restaurants in walking distance on Pacific Ave. Easy clean stay in Wildwood ... This is a good place.

Exceptional

Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Clean rooms Wi-Fi was miserable. Not even 1mb/s. We had to do hotspots with our cell phones for kids internet at night. No smart TV.
