Sunshine Motel

It's close to the Wildwoods sign which is close to the start of the boardwalk south end. Staff are friendly. The room is clean. The fridge is a plus at good size. This motel needs to be renovated. The bathtub looks very old and there are stains and rust like on the surface. There are no shampoo/body wash. Our room has two double beds, but the room size is a little too small. The ceiling fan is working, but the attached light cannot be turned on (it was on for a few seconds). The fridge is in good size, but it smells a little bad (might be over heated?). The worst part is the loud neighbors who were shouting at each other for hours at midnight. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. There are limited parking space on the unit, so you may have to park across the street, which doesn't seem to have security cameras.

U like that is very close proximity to boardwalk Omg, where do I start. Bathroom old and dirty. The walls behind the toilet and sink very dirty. The TV didn't even turn on. The lamp wasn't working. Overall a very bad expensive experience.

This spot continues to be consistent. It may not pass your favorite internet influencers test but if you live in the real world it provides everything you need to have a great getaway. The young man at the front desk is a great first impression and deserves to be mentioned.

Location to resturants, beach, and boardwalk. Room was so disgusting. There was mold everywhere. It was almost like it was never cleaned. We had to put a towel in the shower just so we didn't have to actually stand in the tub, but we even wore shower shoes with the towel down. We left our beach chairs outside of our door and our sandals and my MIL had hers stolen. There was a table with 2 metal folding chairs, but couldn't even use it because it was shoved in the corner and blocked by the bed. I have attached pictures to show the condition of the room. We asked them to come in and clean the shower. The pictures of the tub was even after they "cleaned" it. We couldn't even walk without shoes because the floor was filthy. Despite complaints to the manager nothing was done. The owner had a lot on her plate with the maids, but still no excuse.

I liked the manager. He was willing to accommodate me and my needs the best he could. I didn’t care for the location. It was on a corner street and they didn’t have a very big parking lot.
