Best clean and service really good high recommend

We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights! We asked for more hangers,since it was 2 women. We did have our sheets changed, and fresh linens. The location to the boardwalk was great,we found nice restaurants to dine in nearby! We are seniors and enjoyed ourselves!

The staff was very nice. Room was clean and had nice amenities. Pool was clean and property was clean as well. Very close to the convention center and the beach! Would stay there again!

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Air conditioner was very loud, the fan couldn't be adjusted. More towel racks needed in bathroom.

The room was a comfortable size, clean, and well air-conditioned, although the front area tended to be slightly warmer despite the air being on. The bathroom was quite small, and the toiletries provided were minimal, but housekeeping was available daily to replenish them upon request. The pool was open from 9 AM to 7 PM, was clean, and featured three different depths, which was a nice touch and allowed kids to play comfortably. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, mini-golf and restaurants .

Clean. Didn’t like that air conditioning was only in back room. It had to be very cold in one room to cool down front room adequately.

We really enjoyed our visit to Wildwood and staying at the Le Voyageur. The location was perfect....very near the boardwalk but still very quiet for sleeping. The room was equipped with a refrigerator that included a freezer, which was a great feature since we had ice packs for our cooler that we used the whole trip. Rose at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and professional. It was a very easy check in and check out experience and the hotel was very responsive to a message that I had sent right after making the reservation. We liked everything about our stay except for the air conditioner being a bit noisy, but it kept us cool. We used earplugs and were fine.

The air conditioner was too high up for me to see the controls. Because it was in the back bedroom, the front room was hot.

Everything was great very nice staff my room was clean and roomy and comfy love the little pool area for my small children I have no dislikes everything was great

Our stay here was absolutely excellent front desk was so courteous & accommodating . Rooms were exceptionally clean , beautiful pool . Easy parking . Definitely going back .

We had a great stay for a few nights. The location is close and walking distance to the convention center. Room was clean and modern and felt safe. The beds were just the perfect blend of firm and soft for a great night sleep. Parking was included as we didn’t have to pay for parking at the convention center. Housekeeping does come daily. The balcony was great to have. The property is also close to a delish bagel and coffee spot. We would stay again and recommend to a friend.

The location was great, right in the heart of everything. Perfect for walking to get food and the beach/boardwalk

Overall, these issues negatively impacted my experience and were not addressed promptly.

Rose, at the main desk, was very kind and let us go to our room upon early arrival, and she was very helpful! It was only one block from the beach, a quick short walk! Our room was very nice, and very clean! NA

Manager was very helpful and had a great personality. There was no door separating the back bedroom from the main room.

Our second issue was extremely noisy neighbors on our floor after 10:30 pm (signs are posted on the property saying quiet time 10:30 pm - 8:30 am)…I got woken up 2 nights in a row because they were talking and laughing so loudly and had trouble falling back to sleep both nights (had to put white noise on in order to drown out their noise). I told the Manager Rose the next day (stays on the property) but was quite annoyed to learn that she also heard them but said that she could not tell them to be quiet because they were on their in the rooms…and to annoy me even more, she told me that I could tell them if they do not quiet down, to threaten them with telling Management or calling the police…her not handling guests not following the posted rules really was ridiculous and we decided not to come back here again, combined with the pool issue during both of our visits!!
