Bu Williamsburg

Nothing but the area very close to colonial Williamsburg. Upon checking in I was given a dirty room . Went back to front desk to inquire about a different room and was told I would have to come back at 3 pm . When I returned about 3:20 pm to get another room no one was at the front desk. After repeatedly ringing the bell at the front desk I still waited about an hour and a half he finally returned. I called booking customer service and they even tried contacting the hotel while I was waiting and couldn't get an answer. He then proceeded to give me a refund saying I tuned the room down that I was given. I asked him about another room like he stated earlier when he told me to come back but he said he had already processed my refund. So I was left without a room for my birthday and homecoming weekend and had to drive 2 hrs back home.

Nothing The desk clerks/owners? Were extremely rude after we confronted them on the issue. They put us in room 111 and it was covered from floor to ceiling in mold, with a large patch of mold growing from the bath room ceiling. Everything was covered in mold including the furniture and bedding. It was absolutely disgusting that they would even put a human being in there. When I went to the desk to request a room change I was told there were no other rooms available, and even with my heated complaints about the mold they didn’t care and were not apologetic. The stay was supposed to be from Oct 4-5, we did NOT stay obviously. I returned to the property today regarding my refund and the same clerk/owner was there with the same he didn’t care about my situation attitude. I still have not received my refund. It is now 0ct 15th. DO NOT STAY AT BAYMONT!!!!

Price, location Room was dirty, shower tub had dirt stains, chair in room had obvious dirt build up, blanket was stained and the security door lock was missing a part so really couldn’t secure.

I reserved a room for my family for the weekend because my daughter had a soccer tournament in town. We live 4 hours away. When I booked it asked an estimated arrival time. My estimated arrival time was between 3pm and 4pm. I am driving down. interstate, 3:44pm....32 minutes from the motel and I get a phone call. They are CANCELING my reservation. They have an issue with the AC and I can't stay in that room and they have no other rooms. How was I not notified to this until 44 minutes AFTER my earliest arrival time? After driving 3 and half hours, I'm on the interstate trying to quick fast book another room to ensure my daughter is able to participate in the tournament at this point. This is not professional and put us in a terrible position.

close to bush gardens had to move rooms due to lights not working then got moved to single bed instead of double then the new rooms tv didn't work was supposed to fix that night never came till I said something again the next day then finally got fixed

Most rooms in the area were sold out, so I had to get a cheap hotel 15 miles away from my destination. Very poor customer service is you ask me!!

Nothing at all Customer service was HORRIBLE. This place smells so bad like rotting food. This was dirty i wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

The location was the only thing this hotel had going for it. Just about everything about this hotel was horrible. There was an old, unkept odor as soon as we walked though the door. There were dirty linens laying in the hallway floor on the way to our room which was hot and stinky because the circuit board for the PTAC was laying open a not working. The bathroom was dirty and the smoke detector had been ripped off the wall. We wound up asking for a refund a scrambling to find new hotel at 9pm on holiday weekend.

Good location. When I checked in for a five night stay, they put me in an uncleaned room with no cable. I asked to change rooms after I checked it out and they said they didn’t have any different rooms available. After multiple trips to the front desk the next day, I finally got moved to a cleaned better room, but it took to 3 pm to do so.

Nothing Canceled reservation without telling us at 1 am after a 4 hour drive, staff was incredibly rude, hotel dirtiest I've ever seen. Wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

It's was a great until the light and air conditioning went out you couldn't see anything at night it was so hot in the room but we made the best of it maybe next time if we come back it better and we will stay longer

Convenient location The building needs renovations everywhere. Vacuum the halls. Mop the elevator floors. That is basic housekeeping.

How close it was to attractions Everything, first I booked and paid for a specific room a week in advance when I checked in they didn’t have what I paid for. The room smelled, nothing was as advertised. The bed was a cement block, the tv had a big crack across it and remote control didn’t work etc… I will never go back
