Close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Very flimsy walls and it was not easy to walk around resort because there were no sidewalks. Felt like glamping rather than a resort feel

Loved the cottage setting and staying in something other than a standard hotel room. When I checked in, the front desk attendant highlighted the wrong unit on the property map. There were two units both numbered 101 right next to each other and she marked the wrong one, which I discovered when my key didn't work. The other front desk attendant/manager apologized profusely and explained she was new to the job. We got past it, but it's tough when you've been driving all day and all you want is to get into your room. Also halfway through the week a very noisy family moved in to the adjoining unit, but that was beyond anyone's control.

We loved our stay at King's Creek. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and checked in via text daily. The multiple pool areas were clean and towels were stocked. Family friendly activities offered multiple times throughout the day, we enjoyed the BYO ice cream social. Room was spotless upon arrival and provided us with the space we needed for our family. 0 complaints!

Location was excellent. Water Country literally just down the road a couple minutes and Busch Gardens a couple miles. 2 bedroom Villa has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, everything clean, Brought easy to make food to save on money and stopped here between parks to freshen up. Wish we had more time here never did any of the activities they offer or used the pool. Can't wait to come again. No complaints that I can think of. I didn't inspect anything with a magnifying glass but we loved our villa it was perfect for us and amazing for the price . Just remembered there was no extra bedding for pull out couch but made do with what we had rather than calling
