Clean, family friendly, peaceful environment.

I love the steam room above it ALL!!! I liked it all!!!!

The property was neat and clean. My room was clean but it wasn’t put back together.

The resort had a lot of things to do. Our cottage was clean and comfortable, close to everything. My sister did a timeshare presentation and the woman in charge was extremely rude and short with her when they said they didn't want to purchase a timeshare.

King’s Creek is a wonderful property!! There is an endless amount of amenities they offer, even though we didn’t get to enjoy them personally due to the weather. Our cottage was extremely clean, quiet community, easy check in. Our only complaint was our front door would not unlock with the keycard. Turns out the battery was dead inside the locking mechanism so maintenance needed to replace it once we checked out. Not a problem though since our actual door that led to our side of the cottage worked just fine.

Staff was very welcoming and informal N/A wanted to stay longer

Location to Busch Gardens was great, close to stores and resturants Please provide 6 towels if there are 6 guests booked, the arcade room needs to be open later

It was very big for large size family like mine and we enjoyed the property It was far out from everything out there .You must grab everything before you go in .. but we enjoy everything

The people are so helpful ☺️ Some one entered the room and screamed my daughter and left just as fast

Amazing Location near the amusement park and such plus plenty of space including a small kitchen which is nice. Able to run some circles around the complex and gym is fine with a decent amount of weights Not sure the pools and hot tubs were functioning which appears to be consistent. Staff was business-like, not overly welcoming but fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The location was perfect, close to many things. The cleaness of the pool and hot tubs. Our rental was okay on the cleanes.

The apt is a great size. My 17 year old loved staying here over a hotel. The jacuzzi bath was great. Much easier having a full kitchen and laundry than just a hotel room. So much to do here for longer stays! We'll definitely stay again over other places when we travel again. There was a dead cockroch near the hot tub. ? Also a bunch of ants on our kitchen table. Nothing that can't be taken care of. Definitely need some firm pillows. I read the reviews and forgot to bring one of my own. Hotel pillows always cramp my neck though.

I loved the wooded scenery and style of the cottages. There’s nothing that I would change.

This place is great! So much to do, excellent little community and felt very secure for a single woman traveling alone.

This resort is extremely close to Busch Gardens and offers a variety of activities as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. Will visit again!

Everything! It was beautiful! Next time I would like to not be near the street. Our back porch was facing the street. A lot of traffic comes through there.
