Clean and great service

I was so disappointed. The shelf in the shower was broken, the towel rack by the sink was broken. After the first night, I was gone for the entire day and left towels on the floor so housekeeping would provide fresh, clean towels but housekeeping never came. The hot breakfast was exactly what o expected, so I don’t fault them for that, but the broken towel racks and no housekeeping was disappointing.

Convenient location for an overnight stay after visiting Busch Gardens. Front desk personnel were nice and helpful. Room was well maintained.

Most concerning was the condition of the door to our room. We could see out into the hallway around the edges of the door, which made us feel uneasy about our safety. The interior safety lock was also coming off the wall. While the location, comfortable bed, and quiet atmosphere were positives, the maintenance issues and concerns about room security made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. The hotel needs to address these issues, especially those related to guest safety and room maintenance.

The location to Busch Gardens, highway and shopping was great! The breakfast was a little lacking but we made it work. Also, bathroom was VERY small and don't like not having the sink/towels etc in the same room as shower.

The room is very awesomely clean , we wouldn’t check in because of the system shutdown. We had to use the front desk phone to check in , breakfast was very good ,also , we would like to come back here again next time 👍

There were dead bugs in the elevator and in the rooms. The curtains had stains on them. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or updated in years.

Property was run down and not too clean. Internet did not work properly and the staff was not helpful. What else do you need to know?

This property had some age but you could tell that the owner was trying to make improvements. Things were as clean as they could be considering.

There were dirty sheets on the sofa bed. There was a red stain on the bed comforter which appeared to be blood. I was completely dissatisfied with my stay. The staff did assist us but these rooms should have been better prepared

Unbelievable value! Beautiful property well-maintained. Very clean rooms. It’s so nice to turn on the television and have everything work! The check-in process took a little longer than I would like… I arrived at 5:30 PM and check in time started at 4 o’clock, I assume it was their ““ rush-hour. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel feels like it tried to do upgrades but missed the basics that would actually be helpful to guests. I could hear other guests running on the floor above me and outside of my room.

The staff were giving nothing but attitude and didn't want to be working. Breakfast was nasty. The room was okay but then we had dirty sheets and they made us come down and get the sheets and replace them ourselves. The housekeeping only came to our room once to clean the room and it's only because we had to call down and beg for them to come to our room. The only thing the manager was willing to do for us was give us a $40 credit which did nothing for us

Broken equipment in the gym, paint coming off the bathroom ceiling, the facility needs an upgrade.

Great stay nice hotel will stay again

I feel somewhat bad for complaining about this hotel as everyone seemed very nice! We did not eat breakfast there but there did seem to be several families eating when I checked out. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces available.
