Breakfast, pool and location was great.
-
Clean, friendly staff, great location for water country usa
-
The coffee maker didn't work. Property wasn't very well kept. The bed was comfortable, at least.
-
The staffs were really helpful
-
We asked for a roll away crib and none were available. Breakfast was not the best. Rooms have no microwave in them.
-
The room was adequate for my family of 4. The breakfast was good and a money and time saver.
-
our room was dirty the bed sheets had dirty paw prints all over them. The staff gave us another room but the bathroom in it was dirty with hair all through the shower and bathroom floor. I would not stay there again. The breakfast was cold. The staff were friendly.

Staff wasn’t too friendly when asking for more towels, toilet paper and tissues. There is no room service or telephone and you’ll have grab your own supplies. Toilets sucked and clogged everyday we were there and multiple visual areas needed cleaning including behind and next to beds. Overall the entire hotel needs renovations.

"This hotel was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The television barely worked, the windows did not open, and the second entrance was completely unusable. When I arrived, the front desk handed me room keys that had not even been activated, forcing me to go all the way back downstairs to have them fixed. The breakfast was the exact same every single day, and even worse, I saw roaches in the breakfast area. That alone should be enough for management to seriously address the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. The thought of food being served in an area with roaches is completely revolting. The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator, which caused me to waste a significant amount of money on meals while traveling for work. The bed was as hard as a rock, and I could not fall asleep until around 3:00 a.m. This property is poorly maintained, unsanitary, uncomfortable, and not suitable for guests. Based on the roaches and overall condition of the hotel, this place should be inspected and possibly shut down until the health and safety issues are corrected. I could not wait to leave."

Stayed here with my family, and the property is dated and not very user friendly. Bathroom had 1 hook on the door, so no where to place clothing or multiple towels. Shower didn't have a ledge, so had to place soap & shampoo on the shower floor. No floor length mirror. The room didn't feel very user friendly. Pillows were either flat or lumpy. Sink area was extremely small. The rooms are tidied every 3 days, but you can swap out your towels at the front desk. Staff was friendly.

There was a dark hair in between my sheets which was not mine. My 8 year old son found it when he was about to get into bed. There was another hair in the middle of the shower floor. Seems like the room was poorly cleaned.
-
Not clean, smelly, poor breakfasts.
-
Everything was great and perfectly located
-
For the amount I paid—which was comparatively higher than other hotels in the area—I expected the facilities to be more upscale. It was my first time to use a Wyndham Garden hotel but will not use them again.
-
The pictures are slightly misleading, the Hotel is much more worn down then in the photos. Our room's furniture was worn and nicked up, with one lamp not working and the power outlets not providing energy. Additionally, one elevator was inoperable the three days we were there; and there appeared to be no plan to getting it fixed which caused a traffic build up during breakfast time.
-
Despite these drawbacks, we would consider staying here again for a single night because of its convenient location near Busch Gardens.

My experience here was not the best. In the room me and my family stayed in the walls had a lot of chipped paint, the tv was super old the remote didn't work and we had to use the buttons on the sides of the tv to change the channel which took forever cause the tv was old, the beds were super small, they were supposed to be queen sized but was more like a twin/full size, the bathroom was super small barley any room to walk in, their toilet was having problems flushing, the toilet kept getting stopped up taking forever to go down when flushing, they didn't do any room keeping with fresh towels or bedding and the free breakfast in the mornings was not organized enough, food was dropped everywhere, they were barley anything left and we went down early enough to get food. Overall, I give the place a 2/10. I'm only giving it a 2 because the check in was super easy and the lobby was clean but everything else was a horrible experience.

AC was very noisy, no hanger in the room, terrible WIFI quality, very low quality breakfast, very low quality and old TV, lots of dust behind /around furniture

The room was not that dirty, but the gym had been cleaned a long time. Towels piled up, dirt all over the floor. The hallways to the hotel were not clean. The electrical outlet had not cover. The hotel takes advantage of the location and doesn’t take about cleaniness. It would not pass a safety inspection.
