The staff was friendly enough but the photos are not current at all. The carpet is so stained as are all the linen and towels. All of the chairs in the lobby look old and stained as well. There needs to be money to repair and replace these old dirty looking things. I will gladly pay more money and stay at a nicer facility.

When I arrived the hotel seemed like it was going to be a great stay. The lobby was nice and staff were friendly and professional. I was disappointed when I arrived on my floor. There was trash throughout the hall and seemed to be no kept. I went and my room and was immediately angry. There was dirt all over the floor and not just a little bit. I went up to housekeeper and asked if he could do my floors. He handed me a broom (there was a language barrier) I go to start sweeping my room and rot a big pile and was fed up. I went down to the lobby and explained I was not happy and shared photos... I was moved to another room which was not as bad as the first but still gross... glitter all over the floor and sink. Toothpaste still on the sink. I reached out to support through Expedia and was given a 50 dollar coupon... ugh I was stuck in this disgusting hotel. On our last day while packing our stuff we found a cockroach on the air conditioner as we opened the curtains for light. Also there was toys under the bed from the previous guest. The air conditioner was also so loud it made it hard to sleep. While I was in the lobby I over heard others complaining some of the rooms have no microwave. Unless you NEED to stay here just don't.

Very outdated. Hall carpet dirty and stained. Room walls cracked, bathroom lacking towel rods. Toilet and sink clogging. No hair dryer (,as advertised). Not worth what was charged. Not a repeat.

The bathroom is very small and paint was peeling off the wall which could be a hazardous condition. Thank you

Don't be turned off by this 3-star review. Although everything was kind of average, this hotel gets the job done. You can stay here and not regret it unless you overpay close to July 4th, which i did. Everything was decently clean though some of the finer details could use an update I feel. The A/C worked well enough though it was leaking condensation and it was a bit noisy, but not enough to interrupt with sleep. Around the edges of the bathroom tile, it was kind of a slop job with the caulking and the shower curtain was a bit too long but hey it was nice and hot and the pressure was great. I feel like the paint around the whole place could use an update as it was peeling and rusty in noticeable places and definitely took away from the ambience. There was a yellow mop bucket with dirty water just sitting out in the hallway for half a day and wasn't pleasant to look at. On a plus side, I'd say we felt secure? The sensors near the elevator to exit the hotel weren't working all the time and they look dislodged, however, the key card to get in was and that was a nice secure touch. Overall, you can't go wrong with this hotel unless you over pay near a holiday.

Wyndham should be ashamed for the use of their name. Location was convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country however property is NOT worth $300+. I have a Wyndham timeshare and the condition of this property is not even a fraction. Room was spacious however lights were super low (yellowish soft white bulbs) so you can't tell if its really clean or not. We had 3 sets of towels which were paper thin and there was 5 of us. When asked for more was told there are already 3 sets. I told him there was 5 of us when I checked in. I received 1 extra set so the kids had to share 👎. Be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. Super tiny bottles in room. No sheets in room for sofa sleeper and when asked front desk we received sheets but we're told to use the pillows off the bed. Sounded like we slept in a dog kennel as big and small dog barks and whines could be heard ALL NIGHT. SOO NOT WORTH THE MONEY! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR STAY HERE AGAIN.

After a full day of traveling, we expected nothing more than a clean, safe room. Instead, we were forced to leave the property at approximately 2:45 a.m., pay for an Uber to another hotel, and spend the remainder of the night sleeping in that hotel’s lobby because no rooms were available.

I got mad with price of my room was: dirty, water didn’t go throw sink,no coffee maker in room, I got only after I talked with customer service person.Ac was very noisy and one chair for two people.

There was nothing terrible, it was just OK. We paid a lot of money, and I know it was a holiday weekend, but it just wasn’t justified.

We had a small issue at check in, I do advise if you can pay for your stay through the app and not do the reserve now and pay later I would. After check in everything was great. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, breakfast area was well stocked and had good choices. If in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

It was ok for one night after a full day at Bush Gardens. Lobby was clean and nice. Check-in was easy. Room was very dated and worn. Stains on curtains and ceilings. Bathroom was small and stained. Grout was poor. No hairdryer in room. Fridge was large and cold. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was cold but very noisy (rattled). It needs some TLC and refurbishing BUT if you need a place for 1-2 nights close to water country or BG. It’s ok. Does have free breakfast it we didn’t eat. Pool looked fun for kids.

Overall it was a nice stay. Very pet friendly but the rooms are a little outdated. Overall for the price we paid for two nights, I expected it to be a little nicer. Great location right off main highway and close to amenities parks.

Staff was extremely helpful and this was a great low price hotel very close to busch gardens and water country usa. Didn’t do the free breakfast but they had one. Pool behind the hotel was actually nice and cool being in the shade of the building in the afternoon. The internet was terrible and i ended up having to hotspot my phone but they are working on it. Also the ac was kinda loud but it kept up in 100+ temps. Its not a newer or highend hotel but pretty nice for a budget hotel right there at the parks. Btw IMO beds are kinda firm but i like a really soft bed so YMMV

Very little choices for veg. food.

The room was clean enough. The bathroom is very tiny but functional. The room definitely needed to be upgraded. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is a decent continental breakfast as long as you are there early. If you get there closer to 9:00 good luck on getting any breakfast. Our stay was decent we would stay again.

It was close to my destination On no WIFI no internet at all.
-
Breakfast was delicious

They have the room equipped with insigna tv but not capable to connect to the wifi so what is the point? When pointed out to the front desk, they are aware of it and told us the cable tv will work, 1 channel available. So plan accordingly if you are with kids. Breakfast was pretty much empty at 8am, no more yogurt, fruit and or bread.

All was good.
