Staff was remarkable especially Jennifer and the possible Spanish dark hair young lady.

Room was very clean and had plenty of space. Housekeeping stopped by daily and made beds and refreshed linens. The only issue/concern was that there was some mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Every time I saw someone they spoke asking how our day was. Price was very good and super close to Busch Gardens which we visited twice while on our trip. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

I had a towel issue. I booked with 1 adult and 3 teenagers. When I checked in there were only 3 towels. Every day after cleaning I only had 2 or 3 towels.

This property was amazing for me and my family!!! It was very clean and they had friendly staff that were very helpful! Great pice as well!

When I spoke with the manager about my health issues, she kindly considered them and made sure to provide me with a clean room, plus they offer a very good breakfast for free

It’s very close to Busch Gardens but most hotels in the Williamsburg area will be so get something cheaper because the room was incredibly small, my reservation was incorrect (I needed two queens and they had me in a king room) it was changed but first Floor literally the first room by the check in. The bathroom/shower was standard at best. Coffee machine in the room was broken.

Everything was good but I felt the beds were not comfortable and too hard. This has never been a complaint as I have stayed at various hotels but for some reason, I felt this one. Other than that, my experience was good. The breakfast was great, staff were also good.

Really nice and good location

I have nothing bad to say. The room was very spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast options. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would of been nice if there was a hot tub, but not a deal breaker. The location is amazing. Highly recommend.
