The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We felt that the breakfast hours could be extended. The current hours are 6:30 to 9:30 AM. It would be better if breakfast was served until at least 10:30 or 11:00 AM. The area lacks walkable shops, bars, and restaurants

The breakfast items kept running out, and there were no refills for 15–20 minutes, even after asking a couple of times. The oatmeal was empty since 9:15 and was not refilled before breakfast ended at 10:00. They also usually close the kitchen door around 9:50, which is 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled closing time.

The hotel was really nice inside and really clean . The room that I got in the hotel was really nice too . The breakfast was good but I wish they would fix it a bit . But overall I recommend this hotel if you are around this area.

The location is great and the front desk person was wonderful.

Very good all-around hotel, we had to stay in a day on our 2 day trip to Busch Gardens because of rain and the Hotel was a great stopping point. Wish the staff kept the towels for the pool a little more plentiful, however we had extra so it wasn’t too big a deal. Staff was super helpful with extra amenities upon request and making sure they were received, and very polite & engaging at breakfast. Overall Perfect stay for travelers needing a Hotel close to the park, not even a 5 minute drive either way!

While enjoying the water park, I received a call from the front desk stating that I was supposed to have checked out that day. I explained that my reservation was for two nights ending on the 28th and that I had my confirmation number. Rather than verifying my reservation, the front desk employee repeatedly insisted that I leave and stated that she would "hate to throw my belongings out of the hotel." At no point was I disrespectful or argumentative. I simply wanted the opportunity to provide proof of my reservation. While I was on the phone with the third-party company where I booked my stay, the same employee called back and informed me that the night auditor had mistakenly removed the second night of my reservation. The error was on the hotel's end. Although I understand mistakes happen, threatening to remove a guest's belongings before verifying a reservation is unacceptable. Because of the way I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel and checked out around 7:00 p.m., forfeiting the second night of my stay. I respectfully request that this employee receive additional training in customer service and the proper handling of reservation discrepancies. I hope this complaint is taken seriously so that no other guest experiences the same treatment.

Rooms were very clean, hotel was very full so breakfast was really full and not a lot of places to sit we stayed at a Holiday in Wilmington NC and they had cookies in the afternoon which was nice didn't see any in Williamsburg otherwise a nice stay

Great location close to Busch Gardens
-
This hotel was top notch! We really enjoyed our stay!
-
Cons: There were stains on the walls in bathroom, the tub could use a better scrub, and the carpet was dirty.
-
Overall excellent experience!
-
The most important thing: it was clean.

The hotel was disappointing overall. The carpet in the room was very dirty, the bathtub was old and worn, and having the sink located outside the bathroom was very inconvenient. The breakfast was poor, consisting mostly of highly processed frozen foods. The only positive was that coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
