$12 parking fee for a parking lot not in the city, but for only the hotel. Why? Our room was a LONG walk from the elevator…never experienced this before. Couldn’t take stairs due to luggage. Room was not completely clean, dirty washcloth still hanging over shower curtain. Missing body wash…two bottles of shampoo hung instead. Didn’t use amenities. Was just there pretty much to sleep. Beds comfortable.

So close to Busch Gardens 😊

Checking in and out was so easy because staff was very efficient and kind! We’ll be back!

Arrived at the hotel right before 11pm and computer system was down, so waited almost an hour to get checked in (there were only 5 check-ins in front of me). Check in agent was apologetic, which was appreciated. We are a family of 4 and arrived to the room (premium 1 BR suite) to find the sofabed had a worn mattress cover and only one blanket and one pillow in the closet. Because the phone in the room was not working, I had to go to the hallway to call front desk and request another pillow and sheets. The AC in the bedroom was disgusting with the vents full of hair and dust. As we were there to go to the amusement park and water park, and it was 1am when I saw this, I did not call. We were meeting another family at the amusement park, so we showered and left, but I noticed the water faucet in the sink was leaking and the shower left a puddle of water even with the curtains closed. We came back to our room late Saturday night from the water park to find the garbage was not taken out. The next day, we left early to the amusement park. When we came back, we decided to leave early rather than staying another night sleeping in lumpy beds where we had to keep cleaning the pool of water after showers. When checking out, she noticed we were leaving early, but when she saw that we had booked through Expedia, she said she couldn't do anything. She never asked me how my stay was nor why we were leaving early. BEWARE: THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. 2 star at most.

Front desk was slow during check-in, automatically stated that parking would be charge per night (parking fee was not mention when I made reservations, please ensure this is added), however failed to provide breakfast vouchers. Front desk was also unavailable Saturday, 1 August 2026 around 8:30pm, kept me on hold for a while and then hung up on me. In-dining extension, 7777, was unavailable Saturday night, although it was open until 1030pm. Bed linen must be completely dry, as it had a stench smell. Hotel carpet must be replace.

We had a good experience with the deluxe room.

Nice amenities

We stayed in a standard doubled bed on the first floor. The sliding glass door did not completely close nor truly lock. The beds were hard and had a divet in the middle. Would not recommend this hotel based on beds and rooms. Staff was friendly.

On the other side of the ledger... The hotel is very outdated. The common area needs a refresh and the exterior needs a major update (see long plastic tubes sticking out of the AC units and dirty windows/casings). Overall, a good property with good rooms, but not the full Doubletree tree feel that I've come to expect.

This was our 4th time there and at this point, it’s now our vacation HOME! That’s how much we love this place.
-
The lobby and room were fabulous, wanted a balcony for fresh air and that was nice too, with chairs and a small table. The property is huge, outside seems like it could use some freshening up but inside was updated and lovely.

Everything was lovely, just wish the cafe was open at 6am so we could’ve had coffee!

Old, but well kept
-
The room was super expensive and when I showed up we also had to pay for parking which was not mentioned anywhere when we reserved the room. Also you had to pay for pretty much all the amenities, even to play pool, so everything you had to pay for.
