breakfast was good. no pool 90degree weather. our first room the bathroom was flooded the tub overflowed second room the tv did not work properly.

Oliver & Chloe at the Front Desk was a breath of fresh air. So very nice & helpful Pool was closed Shuttle was not free nor was the breakfast

The room was very spacious and clean The coffee machine - Keurig was not working well and was only warm, so we could not enjoy some hot coffee The reception lady was not very pleasant, she was acting disinterested.

It was absolutely amazing. The restaurant were delicious so much to chose from. The breakfast was very good. The room was so clean and smelled good. The staff were absolutely amazing and so sweet. The stay was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

For all to use. I feel that a hotel in a tourist area with kid parks, a microwave in the room would be a given. The parking fee was waived due to the pool inconvenience, however, not offering continental breakfast and charging for parking with such little amenities and frills, I doubt I would stay again. Clean sure, but many other hotels offer more for less. Cookies were always warm!

Pool was closed and saw a roach in my room

We booked because this hotel had a indoor and outdoor pool. The day before when we were past our day to cancel received a message the pool was closed but could use a nearby hotel pool. Called the hotel and messaged them to cancel so could book hotel with pool but they would not allow without the 199 fee. When got to hotel was told that couldn’t even use the nearby hotel pool. There were cracks in the bathroom sink and found a bug in the iron when was using (brought iron to housekeeping to see and they gave us a new one). There was also a musty smell in the room and they had dehumidifiers in the hall. On a good note the breakfast was very good and also the bar food was very good.

The room doors are chipped and have splotches. The elevators sound questionable. My shower curtain lining had some type of white thick substance like shaving cream or something on it. My friends room had bedding that wasn’t changed and no shower curtain. Regular upkeep/maintenance doesn’t seem to be a priority here. If you just need a place to sleep that is very close to Busch Gardens, it’s cool. But if you have a preference for a place that cares about appearances as well as comfort please choose somewhere else. Cookies were excellent though.

Our room had gummy bears under the bed however the staff was immediate in taking care of that problem. We also were dismayed that the swimming pool was unavailable during our stay due to glass being broken into the pool. Efforts were made to accommodate us at other hotel pools. Oliver at the front desk called me on our 2nd day of our reservation to inform us a new agreement that had been made for swimming enjoyment. I was very impressed with her thoughtfulness!!!
