Oliver was the best at check in and during our stay. Every single staff was friendly as well. Our rooms were clean. The pool was amazing. The restaurant food and service were also amazing.

All was great but, $12 daily parking and $24 for an additional guest with a car was an unwelcome surprise.

The room was big, clean, and quiet. Excellent bathroom.

The staff were amazing and the property was clean! They only downside was that the pool was closed for renovation BUT they partnered with the hotel just down the street and we had access to their pool during our stay. So they were very proactive and I appreciated that!

I could not control my AC unit and it ran all night

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a clean lobby and smiling faces. We got to know the staff pretty well and they all made us feel so welcome. The room we stayed in was absolutely clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this location and enjoyed both. It also offers a shuttle bus service if you want to go to bush gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. You have to pay for parking but that’s ok.

My bed was so comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. I did not like not having a microwave in the room.

The pool area was really nice. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor connection. The website said no pets but we saw a dog (without service vest) inside. Our room was also hot at night and we couldn't manually turn on the AC unit.

Staff was helpful and rooms were clean

Only had decaf coffee in room. Also disappointed in the no cash policy, especially in the bar and resteraunt.

Rooms and common areas were immaculate. Very nice on-site amenities: pool, arcade, restaurant, etc. Spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable and well-appointed. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed at check-in. Long line (not their fault). All families ahead of us received water bottles and a cookie. We were overlooked.

Property was clean as in for main lobby and play area. Rooms were pretty small and little old and not super clean. No balconies. Bathrooms were okay but old. Staff was good. Attractions were close by within 10 mins of drive.
