We booked because this hotel had a indoor and outdoor pool. The day before when we were past our day to cancel received a message the pool was closed but could use a nearby hotel pool. Called the hotel and messaged them to cancel so could book hotel with pool but they would not allow without the 199 fee. When got to hotel was told that couldn’t even use the nearby hotel pool. There were cracks in the bathroom sink and found a bug in the iron when was using (brought iron to housekeeping to see and they gave us a new one). There was also a musty smell in the room and they had dehumidifiers in the hall. On a good note the breakfast was very good and also the bar food was very good.

I liked the cookies of course and the location. The pools were closed which I didn't find out about until a couple of days prior to our stay. The hotel sent an email to inform the pools were closed and that they had partnered with Courtyard for those who wanted pool access. Upon checking in was informed that using the Courtyard was no longer the case. The room/bathroom wasn't very clean to include dust and hair.. The water in the tub dripped and was slightly clogged. The sink in the bathroom was clogged.

Room beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was closed due to glass being broken I wish I would’ve known this ahead of time.

The location is very close to Busch Gardens and Water country. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and toilet. Seems like housekeeping just does a quick wipe instead of actually cleaning. Bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust so it gets humid when you’re taking a shower. Shower curtains are short so water gets out onto the floor. Room was dusty and AC was leaking water everywhere onto the floor in front. I don’t understand how they missed that. They changed us to a different room but that wasn’t properly cleaned either. Also don’t understand why they gave us a connecting room and were told they weren’t any non connecting available even though the property didn’t look that busy. Weren’t able to relax or sleep due to hearing other people next door from the connecting doors. Pool was also not available.

I booked this hotel primarily for the pool, but when we arrived, we were told that the pool was closed. We still had to pay for parking every night, and there was no free breakfast. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the money. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t book here again.

Pool is out of order both indoor and outdoor due to a incident that occurred. I wished I had known prior to booking as I would have gone somewhere else cheaper for sure.

I could hear loudness in the room from next door and it wasnt sqme room requested

The hotel was clean and close to everything and the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and I think that is the most important part of the overnight stay. The pools were closed but they did offer a shuttle to another hotel pool. I thought the room price was a little high considering the pool being closed and the time of year. I also did not like the fact you have to pay $12 for parking it didn't make sense. There is plenty of parking and there would be nowhere else to park. That was also not listed before booking.
-
The convenience of location to Busch Gardens. Decent restaurant and bar Pool closed at last minute, only notified day before arrival. Indoor pool was main reason we picked this location. Only one person at check in station, rooms got mixed up. More help needed at front desk

No POOL bad experience and rude staff

We booked this hotel for a family trip specifically because the indoor pool was listed as open, but it was out of service during our entire stay. Having pool access for my son was the main reason we chose this location, so it was a major disappointment for our family. Management needs to keep their advertised amenities up to date so future guests know what to expect.
-
Both pools were closed, so if you are gonna book the hotel make sure you call to confirm if the amenities are all up and running. The front desk was very nice and sweet. Stephanie at the front desk was awesome.

No pool due to mechanical issues, offered nothing for it being closed could have at least gave free parking.

The rooms were excellent, and the property was close to Bush Gardens. My family and I will most definitely use this hotel again in the near future.

Breakfast was okay. We really like the balcony. It overlooked the pool that did not work. When taking a shower the mirror in the bathroom did not fog up. That was pretty cool. They gave us a discount. Thank you. The POOL did not work. They did not give us a heads up about it. We were able to go to the sister hotel. The chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes. It was a big inconvenience. The bed was very uncomfortable.
