Cool place.

Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.

The arcade was a fun touch. Near some good restaurants. The room AC was a bit noisy and the air felt a little damp. Beds were very comfy.

This was almost like an resort. Large pool, video games, bar, free cookies at check in. Plus it was not to far from other places.

The facility is great. Very large, great food, great coffee shop, great pool & great staff. I want to mention a few of the staff. Oliver, at the front desk did an amazing job taking care of a small issue we had in our room. No one's fault just one of those things that happen and she moved us to a new room within minutes, thank you. Destinee, the hostess at the breakfast buffet was as friendly as they come. Great person to talk to and made sure we were comfortable and everything was good. All around a great person, thank you. Imani, let me tell you about this girl. She was running the coffee shop single handedly and didnt skip a beat! When I went down for my coffee, she had multiple family's that had ordered breakfast sandwiches and specialty coffees. She was rocking! I felt bad for her and I couldnt believe how she handled it. She kept smiling, fixed everyone's food, drinks and kept up with the register. She never showed any signs of frustration and was super friendly. She was a machine and the wait was not affected. I had my coffee within minutes. I told you all that I would be leaving a review becasue you all are the ones that will have us coming back. The facility is great but these employees go above and beyond, thank you all for being great people! We need more like you! Show them the money!!

Well maintained property located nearby the Williamsburg attractions. Staff at front desk friendly and helpful Service at the restaurant/bar was inconsistent-one day was great, the next day (different staff) not so good.

Bathroom could use some updating

Everything was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the arcade room - a nice place to have to keep kids occupied while at a hotel.

Everything pretty good, but the room cleaning ladies threw away all the papers on my desk, including my breakfast vouchers! Hide these.

Check in was easy and the staff was super friendly... They even gave us extra time to check out the next day - the beds were so comfortable that I had a hard time getting my kids up in the morning. We will definitely stay more nights next time so that we can take advantage of all the amenities. Despite our quick trip we all had a great time. Even after we checked out we were able to explore the hotel and play in the arcade. We can't wait to stay there again, swim in the awesome pool, and dine in the beautiful restaurants!

Great place for families especially if you are visiting the theme parks. Large pool, arcade, bar, market for coffee and snacks and great nearby dinning.

This hotel being so close to Busch Gardens was the only positive.

Breakfast was great! Pool was large and clean. Excellent location to all the attractions and I loved that it wasn’t on a Main Street. My son loved the arcade and pool. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Will book again on next trip to Williamsburg!! The exterior was a little rough.
