The stay was good. The tennis courts were good but you could tell they did not maintain them as well as they should. Also their housekeeping was horrible. When we first arrived we were missing multiple items. The front desk was extremely helpful to get those items to us. However housekeeping was to come every other day. In our 7 full days not counting check in and out days we only received housekeeping once. The prices of food was outrageous.

Beautiful place. We only were able to stay for one night but I am sure if we reported the issue they would have accommodated us. We are planning on going back for a longer stay. Only downside was when we called for a ride to the pool no one called us back but we ended up driving and then a short walk. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and great place to bring your kids and adults able to relax.

This is top of the line, first-class resort. My jaw dropped and I fell in love. What a great campus, facilities, and rooms.

It was an alright stay, the cleaning never came once after four nights in.

Everything was beautiful. Was woke by disturbance by people staying in other room.

I had requested a room for two adults and a teenager. When we got there, I was given your room with just one queen bed, I asked for a room with a pullout couch or a rollaway bed, and was informed that they were completely sold out out of all rooms and had no rollaway bed. I was told that the one king bed was meant for three people, and that the three of us could share the bed. We ended up going out and buying an air mattress for my teenage son. The room was relatively clean but dated. They were centipedes crawling around the bathroom though. The king bed was very uncomfortable, the flat sheet they used instead of a fitted base sheet did not fit the mattress, so we would wake up every morning sleeping directly on the mattress with the sheet bunched up in between us. The walls are very thin, so we could hear the people above us walking around the room, I had to play white noise on my phone so we could get some sleep with the noise above. We did go to the pool, which was nice, but the lazy river motor was not working. At check in we were not informed about breakfast in the mornings in the main building, so we didn’t know about that until we were checking out. We ended up going to a small coffee shop in the area every morning. Overall, the stay was okay, but I do not think I would stay there again.

Room had hair in it. It wasn’t as cleaned as the last stay we had.
-
Room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3:45 pm day of our arrival, front desk staff was very helpful and polite, rooms were dated and not the cleanest.
-
Enjoyed the stay immensely. Food was great. Great river views.

Enjoyed everything about this stay!!

Room was ok and clean but my daughter and her family's room was dirty and required her to change rooms and then she left early. That was terrible. Lazy Susan river was broken, food was just ok except breakfast was very good. Also, they charge you a 3% charge when you use a credit card. I think that is very cheap.

Great property, great views of the river.
