AC was perfect. Fees are ridiculous high price. The wait for your room was a little longer than expected.

We loved the conventient location in relation to Busch Gardens and other destinations yet in a quiet setting. Although we were on the go, the younger travelers loved the pool and game room. I liked the separate sleeping quarters. We had a two bedroom unit. It makes for better sleep after long days of sightseeing or amusement park visits. Adults could get up and enjoy the kitchen amenties without disturbing others still sleeping!

Great location just off the interstate and the area is not overcrowded. Only thing I can recall at the moment is some of the equipment in the game room needs replacing like the ping pong paddles.

Loved the location to everything it was within 15 minutes of everything that we were trying to do. The front desk guy that checked me in must have been new because he really didn't know what he was doing. I asked for a 3 card to be activated and he didn't do it right. He asked for a credit card for deposit and they still ran it through my debt card for hold. Also didn't like the light coming from the blinds no matter which way you turn them light was either on you or on the ceiling

What a beautiful property.

When I appeared slightly upset that we'd been charged twice and told the receptionist that I'd feel much more comfortable if the additional charge was refunded before we went and checked into our room, the receptionist was SUPER condescencing, says "As I TOLD you, I'm WORKING on it." Not my fault that you're totally incompetent at your job, dude.

Location was great. Did not do breakfast there. Everything about the room was wonderful except a shower head extension would have made it all perfect. Just a better shower head with a hose.

The staff was excellent, property is in a great location convenient to lots of attractions, my only comment is that the bathroom was not as clean as I like, plus there was some mold around the shower and tub , needs to updated also no safety bars . The villa had everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay . Again the staff was great ? . Bathroom no safety bars, the tub and shower had mold needs to be cleaned and perhaps updated

My family loved the resort and the little water park. The staff were AMAZING, the room was perfectly clean and beautiful. We no issues our entire stay and it was amazingly quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean property. Hotel itself was big, included two rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and balcony. We had a great time.

Staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival to the hotel! They texted through out the stay to see if anything was needed which I thought was very nice! No breakfast served

Very clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Our otherwise very nice suite contained only one double bed. At first we thought it might be a queen size but no it was smaller than a queen. Had our room had two beds ok but no ours had only the one bed. ???

Wonderful place to stay! Plenty of space for my family of 5. Friendly staff, and we loved having a full-size kitchen.
