Pleasantly surprised. A little dated, but clean. Nice pool.

We stayed Monday-Friday and had the best time!! The staff was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a more ideal! We cannot wait to plan another trip!

The place was beautiful. Love that everything stayed open late. Wish there was a bar and the Linen was store out of site. But differently will go back.

It had all of the comforts of home and then some! It was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. The pool was fun and great for children. The staff were so helpful and friendly! We were given wonderful tips on places we could go do dinner and lunch. It was located in the heart of all that we wanted to do! We will definitely stay here again and would consider this brand for future stays elsewhere!

This was a great place for me and my family. Nice little apartments with the feel of home not a hotel. It was our best Hotel experience! The kids loved the pool and game room. Quiet and clean room and areas. Cool and comfortable. Modern and spacious. Way better than staying at a regular hotel. Thanks to all the staff. very warm and helpfull.

AC was perfect. Fees are ridiculous high price. The wait for your room was a little longer than expected.

We loved the conventient location in relation to Busch Gardens and other destinations yet in a quiet setting. Although we were on the go, the younger travelers loved the pool and game room. I liked the separate sleeping quarters. We had a two bedroom unit. It makes for better sleep after long days of sightseeing or amusement park visits. Adults could get up and enjoy the kitchen amenties without disturbing others still sleeping!

Loved the location to everything it was within 15 minutes of everything that we were trying to do. The front desk guy that checked me in must have been new because he really didn't know what he was doing. I asked for a 3 card to be activated and he didn't do it right. He asked for a credit card for deposit and they still ran it through my debt card for hold. Also didn't like the light coming from the blinds no matter which way you turn them light was either on you or on the ceiling

What a beautiful property.

When I appeared slightly upset that we'd been charged twice and told the receptionist that I'd feel much more comfortable if the additional charge was refunded before we went and checked into our room, the receptionist was SUPER condescencing, says "As I TOLD you, I'm WORKING on it." Not my fault that you're totally incompetent at your job, dude.
