Only stayed 1 night but the 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wish we had more time to spend there. Loved the suite. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay! Nice suite, plenty of room, and perfect for families. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the pool, park, game room and fitness center. We will be back!

Lovely, clean spacious apartment. Close proximity to Busch gardens and Colonial Williamsburg

Everything was perfect washer/dryer in unit 2 bedrooms / 2 baths full kitchen balcony and living room fireplace made us feel right at home! We’ll be back!

There was no breakfast offered to me Cleanness

Very quiet and peaceful. Had everything you needed in the room.

Did not know breakfast was available Bathrooms need night lights.

Everything was clean and the staff was great. I liked the location as it was off the beaten path. My only negative comment is that the road noise on Saturday night was a little much. Since there is nothing the resort can do about that, I do not hold them at fault.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and very responsive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were some maintenance issues that needed to addressed with the backdoor handle. We would definitely return for a future visit.

everything was there and everything worked !! Daughter graduates in "29" from W&M so we will be back.

Person who gave us the keys was rude. Got to our room and the keys did not work. Had to wait on maintenance to help. Next day we found a cockroach under the dining table

Spacious, clean, private, close to Busch Gardens

We came here for a family trip on Labor Day weekend. The condo was beautifully maintained and spotless when we arrived. The pool was so much fun every evening. The condo is in an amazing location, especially if you plan on going to Busch Gardens. The staff was awesome from chec check-in to check out and we even had a brief visit with maintenance for something that was not arrogant whatsoever. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Superb

We had a decent stay there. The room was large, comfortable, and centrally located to Busch Gardens. We had an issue with ants in the kitchen on the second or third day there, and they were able to move us to a new room. Was a bit inconvenient to pack up and move for the night, but I appreciated them not spraying chemicals when we have two small children. The biggest concern, which I knew from reading the other reviews, was the train that runs across the street, blowing its loud horn at all hours of the night. Depending on where you are situated on property really determines how much you'll hear it. They had a really nice pool area they seemed to be working on to get it open in time for Memorial Day, and a decent playground. I'd be interested in staying in one of the houses next time on property. It was a pleasant stay, and would probably stay there again if we had the opportunity.

This is a fantastic stay for families. A lot of room, clean and very friendly staff. I would stay here again and again!!!!

The room could have been cleaner. But overall, it's a great location. Short drive to Bush gardens and water park. Expedia claims that the hotel is a walking distance to bush gardens. Not true. Bush gardens is directly across from the hotel, but to walk there you have to cross a highway and railroad tracks. Very risky move. So don't believe their description. I spent an hour on the phone with expedia arguing about it.
