King’s Creek Resort by Spinnaker

It’s very family oriented I definitely would stay there again enjoyed my time with family!

The house would have been perfect minus the apartment connected by an internal door. Some mornings and some nights it sounded as if the family staying next door was in the apartment with us. Kids yelling and the echoing was so bad. Would have appreciated knowing this prior to the rental.

Very spacious accommodations, perfect for our family. Nice place, good price, nice pools that had very warm water. Really cool place.

What is not to like about this resort? The staff is amazing and accommodating. The property is clean and very well maintained. The units are VERY nice and well stocked. The amenities are awesome! Clean pools, nice playground and free miniature golf. The location is fantastic too. A hop skip and jump from EVERYTHING!!! Great experience and stay.

Plenty of room for many guests. 3 bathrooms was great!

The property was very clean. Beds were nice and firm and comfortable! Everything worked as far as electronics and appliances! Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!

If you had a family of 4, it would be perfect size and capacity. Bathroom--really nice jetted soaking tub in addition to a separate shower. Kingbed--very comforable with nice bedding. Noise--the units are two to a building. Next door, I could hear some screaming loud kids up until 23:30 (11:30 pm for civilians) only occassioanlly punctuated by shouting adult voices. Was not pleasant. SO I put in ear plugs and went to sleep. Point is--the walls are a bit thin, so keep in mind if your kids are the perpetrators, or you yourself are a bit noise sentsitive. Nice pools for the kids. But might want to bring a set of towels from your room as both times the pool I went to and the nice mini-gym ran out of thre advertised towels. Property is well cared for and clean, well-lit, and safe. You will love it.

This resort is an excellent place for family vacations!!

I had a 2 bedroom suite, its was very nice. Only issue was I asked for a extra blanket which never showed up. The pool was very nice and there were plenty of activities to do on site.

It was a great place to stay and feels like home..

The first shocker was the Flatscreen TV on top of the fridge, positioned to one side of the top of the fridge such that it blocked the sliding door leading out to the deck - I almost got clobbered by it the first time I exited the unit to go on the deck...the deck was nice though. We moved the TV to the center of the fridge top (had to manipulate all the TV cords as part of the TV move, to successfully watch the TV, as the cords and sensor were all dangling behind the fridge and the sensor was not able to receive signal from the remote). We had to move the TV forward to be able to see it from the loveseat...not at all a comfortable neck experience at all. The walkways between the units were dingy-looking and unkempt. The landscape was woodsy and boring, and there were no flowers (it's Summer; there should be some color). The unit's interior was very sterile and uninviting. The LVP floors were nice, and the architecture of the unit was well planned, but there was no warm, welcoming decor at all...it was very dull and drab; a simple two rooms with a sofa, table, bedset, and a fridge with a TV on top. We won't be back. Oh, one more thing...the bed was comfortable and the HVAC worked well.

check in was smooth and quick, place was clean and spacious had many amenities. family loved the indoor and outdoor pools. would highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again soon.

honestly the stay was awesome. the place was clean and they gave us everything we needed. the only 2 little knocks I'll give is the tv's are older and not smart tvs they also limit which hdmi inputs you use. then the other would be the deck could have definitely used a power wash but honestly those weren't that big of issues. deck still usable and the tv ehh I was there for amusement parks. bearly watched tv except at night.

Beds were very flat. Weird crinkly sheets on all beds. Very loud. No pillows on couch or seats. AC didn’t go below 69. Fan strings hit light globe and made lots of noise. Washer was very loud. Could hear washer and movement from unit next door. No paper towels in unit.

Great communication, great employees, great rooms, great amenities, many things on site to do especially with kids, centrally located in Williamsburg but out of high traffic areas. 5 stars all around!
