Check in was horrible as my room was not ready by 4pm. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The one front desk clerk proceeded to ask me questions while I was standing at the waiting sign versus directing me to come to the desk; very unprofessional. The Caucasian man that came behind me was greeted and treated with much better customer service. I was eventually given the key to my room but when I entered, housekeeping was still there so I returned to the check-in lobby. I waited around and eventually was able to check into the unit. Despite the late check in, we still had to be checked out by 10 am. I spent approximately $600 for basically one full day. We did not get a chance to experience all the amenities. The resort itself is beautiful and has plenty activities. You need to stay for at least 4 days to really enjoy.

Overall a great stay! Much nicer than what I had expected. We rented a two bedroom town-house, which actually had a third room which was a "sun-room" with a sofa-bed and TV instead of having the sofa-bed in the living room. The unit was very clean, spacious and had marvelous working AC. The gym was a good size and had a lot of equipment, plus a sauna and steam room, Loved the 3 tiered swimming pool with nearby splash pad. The pool was warm and had two large shallow sections which were perfect for the grandkids, ages 2 and 4. I would recommend wearing water shoes in the this outdoor pool as the bottom surface is very rough and my grandkids cut up the bottoms of their toes. The indoor pool was also very nice (softer bottom surface), it was huge and also has a large shallow area for the kids. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Requests for extra linens, soaps and other household necessities were promptly supplied. We had enough cooking utensils and dishware to make small basic meals. In room washer and dryer a huge plus! Attended the timeshare presentation as part of a promotion and it wasn't too bad actually, very low pressure, so that was refreshing. I appreciated the front desk allowing us to extend our stay for two nights and stay in the same unit even though we booked through Expedia instead of the resort. Resort is very close to Target and Water Country/Busch Gardens. This is not a high end resort but very family friendly and a good value for the money.

Now on to the positives. Check in was super quick. The room has everything you need to cook, relax and chill on the balcony. You get a full stove and a washer dryer combo in the unit. You are 2 minutes from Water Country and 10 minutes from Busch Gardens. There was so much to do at the resort. We just didn't have time to do it with going to the parks. Multiple pools, a game room playground et. Cetera. We will be back.

Was terrible buzzing noise coming from another room! The staff were not able to isolate/stop the noise and barely slept whole night!

My family and I had a great time. Place was clean and quiet. Would have preferred rooms to be upstairs rather than downstairs but rest of the layout of the cottage was very nice,

I like the property but…. The first cottage we were put in had a water plumbing issue so the toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower would not run. The moved us to another cottage that was about equal to the first but was a little bit smaller. It’s seemed fine until it was time to go to bed so I pulled out the sofa bed my daughter was going to sleep on to find it had quite a bit of mice droppings on the mattress. So my daughter had to sleep with us. They did come in and “clean” the next day… No mouse droppings but still was dirty and dingy. So to have that those 2 things happen and the black ants on the counter tops I would not stay there again. Kinda a shame to have paid around $250 a night at a supposedly nice community to have to put up with things like that. But you live and you learn. Money is down the drain but I won’t be back. Hope y’all find this useful.

The one bedroom Villa that we've got was excellent. They could have used bigger TVs and more cable access. But other than that great stay. The pools was nice. The hot tub was nice. Great location for if you going to Busch gardens, water country everything right there I would definitely recommend

Was an amazing time!!!!!!

Everything in the rental was nice and clean. The check-in process was smooth. The location is ideal for folks who want to go to Water Country USA and Busch Gardens. There is lots to do on the Kings Creek property but we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of them because of our busy schedule. Maybe next time!

Great resort didn’t like the travelers beside us livery racial profiling and had to rewash your towels and wash cloths. Other than that a great stay and staff was very nice and courteous!!!
