Best place to stay in Williamsburg! The room was very clean, free laundry, and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal, you just bring the food! Book your stay here. You won’t regret it!

Whenever my family and I visit the Williamsburg area, Vacation Village is always our first choice. We love how clean and well-maintained the apartments are, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere makes it easy to relax. One of our favorite features is the swimming pool, along with all the other amenities the resort has to offer. While we’re here, we usually spend a day at Great Wolf Lodge and explore other local attractions, which makes every trip even more enjoyable. We always have a wonderful experience and look forward to staying here each time we visit Williamsburg!

Our key cards did not allow us in the laundry facility even though the staff said they would.

Go to the market once you arrive and know your itinerary

First time here and I enjoyed my stay! Everything I needed was in place. My only suggestion would be to install a washer and dryer in the unit.

Stayed at Vacation Village at Williamsburg Saturday July 4th through 6th the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and they had Roaches in the kitchen coming from the microwave and behind fridge this is unacceptable I have a allergy to roaches and I had a baby with disability n other kids with me on this trip very disappointing.

Great for family getaways

Surprisingly clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool scene was a hoot!
-
The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy but that was fine.

This is the second time we have stayed here and I don’t know if it was just a different building, but it was definitely more rundown and dirtier and when we were here two or three years ago.

There was no stove available for me to use with my littles. The bathroom toilet had blood on it. I asked for bleach to clean and was told someone waa coming. No one ever came. You share a washer and dryer, I was unable to use because my sharing partner occupied it from Friday until midnight Saturday. Never again!

First, some areas for improvement: Upon arrival to our unit, we noticed one of the trees near the edge of the parking lot had branches hanging so low that they were blocking the two parking spaces on the edge. That said, they were quick to trim that tree once we notified them. When we arrived in our unit, we noticed that one of the bedroom doorknobs was loose, which they were also quick to address. The dishwasher was missing some wheels (they fixed very quickly), and the microwave was missing a leg (also fixed quickly). Throughout our stay, we noticed several small roaches in or near the kitchen area. The unit, however, was considerably clean overall. The only other thing I noticed was that although portions of the bathrooms and kitchen were updated, the showers, tubs, and toilets were still very old and dated. Other than the fact that the shower stall warped and popped depending on where I stood, the rest was just cosmetic. I wanted to list all those details because I think it’s only fair to potential future guests, but also to give due credit to the resort where they improved or did well. Staff was nothing but great the whole time. Thank you everyone!

The fixtures and decor inside of the suites are very dated. But the property is immaculate, in a great location, and staffed with incredibly helpful people. Would definitely come back.

A must see in case you are visiting the area. Extra bonus if you have a large family. Thank you to the entire dedicated staff at the resort.

It was a great last-minute stay.
