Clean rooms friendly staff and very good service

It was great! Already planning on visiting again.

The unit we stayed in was really outdated. The stairwells need to have the carpet replaced asap.

Needs to better enforce quite time. But other then that it was nice

Entire complex is very outdated, beds very uncomfortable. Has good space if your traveling with a large family

I enjoyed my stay

Clean rooms and solid amenities. Pretty competitive for the price. You know you’re off the colonial Williamsburg area if you book it so other than the short drive not a lot to gripe about. No food options in campus if that is an issue. Pool area is great and rooms are spacious.

Property was convenient to area restaurants, shopping ,etc.

Very nice pit stop for a one night before heading to our next destination.

Awesome area clean rooms and awesome amenities

Our stay was great. Friendly staff and a clean environment. The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub being indoors. But other than that the property was great and delivered exactly as advertised!!!

Everything was perfect, my grandkids loved it because their room had there on bathroom.

Check in is a little crazy and staff can be rude. Witnessed another quest having issues. The room was clean and was described correctly. The deck was dirty had planter dirt on it and then the Cobb webs were bad. Not a big deal to me. Beds are uncomfortable so I recommend bringing a mattress topper if not like hard beds. The pool was amazing and activities staff were amazing!! It’s family friendly and gears to all ages. I will be back but staff can work on a few things. Office manager is aware of the issues that we had. Overall worth the money we spent and had a great time.

This place is incredible for a family with young kids. We loved it. Beautiful pool and so much space. They could stand to update furniture and those kinds of things, but our kids couldn’t care less about that kind of stuff.
