Vacation Village At Williamsburg

The atmosphere. No laundry facilities.

I love the place its nice love it there When I got there they told me to go to that room to get parking pass then them timeshare people was there and they told me 90 minutes we got there at 1 pm and left after 5pm messed up our whole day so we really didn't get to enjoy our trip at all and it really got us upset we didn't enjoy the trip at all then yesterday the office people aint to friendly it was 2 of them act like they didn't want to talk back when I asked some questions then water in the maintenance door in the room water was leaking maintenance had to come put towels down cause the AC freezed up and then the ice was melting the man said thats why it was leaking and the big tub needs to be clean better one more thing you'll need another frying pan for eggs if possible dont have to but other than that the room was nice and peaceful thank you

Check in process seemed to be simple, but when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. Beds not made up, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, trash not taken out, etc. When we called the front desk, they gave us another room, but in that room, the ac was not working, was 83 degrees. Finally, on the third try, we got a room that was okay. No offers were made to make up for except for extending the check out time, which did not help us at all.

I love the location the cleanness I felt very safe it was easy to check in and out The bed was terrible it left my back hurting very bad need to update the bed

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and great location. Security was there every day and night, guest service was amazing. There was nothing that me and my wife did not like about our stay here.

The location of my unit was close to the entrance. I was put in a unit that had workers downstairs beneath me and they were loud especially in the morning.

The unit was clean. I didn't like the amenities. I have stayed at several resorts in Williamsburg and this place was not as advertised. The did not have a stove with an oven and the small washer and dryer was outside of the unit and it was fie the use of both units A and B. The TV in the master bedroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a 2 bedroom place like this. Housekeeping had trash outside of our unit for 3 of the 4 days. I did not care for this place in comparison to the other places I've stayed in.
