very pleased with our stay overall.

Clean & quoet

Had some trouble at check in with assigning my room which took awhile to sort out. I was told it was a computer error however they were able to get us into our room after a bit and we settled right in. Breakfast was delicious, they even offered gluten free options for my daughter which was a huge plus. Clean and spacious room. Sparkling bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool was a nice place to relax in too! 20/10 would recommend!

The room was very clean, well stocked and Breakfast was good. Loved the coffee! Not my taste in decor. However not an issue.

Perfect family stay with good breakfast options

Friendly staff, who were very helpful with giving us tips on places to visit with young children. The swimming pool access and breakfast convenience was a great addition to the stay, especially with children. The staff who refilled the breakfast stations were pleasant and went around asking guest if they wanted anything before closing up. That was really thoughtful as you don’t see that often in hotels. Overall great stay, we’d book again.

This is our 3 times staying here. It's a great location and we appreciate the helpful staff.

There is absolutely no mention of this mandatory early check-in charge on their official website. Management needs to train their staff to be more flexible and, above all, transparent. If you have fees, state them clearly online. You can stay here, but be prepared for unexpected charges at reception.

we were denied a room at check-in b/c of "overbooking" when our reservation was months old and had passed the cancel-by date, so we assumed the room would be waiting for us. The staff said that the overbooking happened "just a few moments" before we arrived which makes no sense since our reservation was made and confirmed and paid for. The staff handled getting us put up at a nearby hotel (actually a better one) and covered the cost, so the situation was handled well, but I am highly unlikely to stay at Hilton properties in the future if it's possible or likely that my reservation will simply not matter upon arrival at the hotel.

EXTREMELY LOUD

Loved the breakfast and the staff are always so nice especially the breakfast people and front desk. The only complaint is that the lotion and conditioner bottles were empty or blocked up so could not use those, other than that lovely stay and will be back for sure

The staff was extra helpful and friendly, especially Melissa, Patrick and Curtis. They definitely went above and beyond.

There was nothing That I couldn’t say that I didn’t like..Staff was warm and welcoming upon arrival and departure,The hotel and rooms are thoroughly clean with all the necessities that you can possibly need..Breakfast was decent,But there are variety of options to choose from..The bonus is the room with the refrigerator,microwave,dish washer,Toaster,coffee maker,dishes etc..This is Definitely a Home away from home stay😊

Great staff. I always stay at home2 and I am realkt happy with the hotel. This one seems a bit dated but the staff is amazing and I really can't complain about them. Wish the pillows were new and mattresses were better. I didn't sleep so well
