Room was clean. In our room there was a toilet closet only. No privacy for the shower. Dog friendly, and it was loaded with dogs. Be ready for intermittent barking, and we encountered dog puke in the elevator. View of the navy ship was great. Parking safe, but $25 per day for self park. Rooftop longe was great for fireworks.

Excellent views and convenient location on the river. Walking distance to shopping restaurants and concerts. Great staycation destination for locals or travelers.

The mattress was soft with no structure at all. The sliding door to the toilet was broken even my athlete bf had difficulty shutting. There was no door to the shower area limiting any privacy whatsoever. The curtain to the window was partially broken so difficult to open and close and the furniture made us feel like we were in a dorm room. They did have dumbbells in the weight room and a fountain to fill our stainless steel water bottles, which was a plus. We only stayed one night and they were kind enough to provide a refund for the next day. Both of our backs are in need of alignment after the bed experience so this has made our trip not nearly as pleasant.

Unless you request you will not get room cleaning and the front desk did not let us know. I know A-Loft is for a certain vibe however it is a bit too modern for us. the location was good and the room was fine. however we would not choose to stay here again. not to mention the valet left our lights on and we lost over half a day dealing with AAA and the dealership getting everything checked and re-set. Andy they offered no help. Basically you are on your on. Here is the problem, have a nice day.

Convenient location. Walkable to restaurants. Beautiful rooftop bar on the river. Very modern design. Not a lot of parking and they charge $25 but it was full. We used the parking garage across the street for $10.

The staff were very attentive and displayed quality customer service.

For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the overall cleanliness was below standard, there were not enough trash cans, and the curtains did not adequately block outside light. Overall, the hotel did not deliver the quality and accommodations that were advertised, which made for a very disappointing stay.

The bar onsite is as great! Chambers took great care of us!

Earlier in the day, we finished our ceremony ahead of schedule & called to ask about an early check-in. The front desk told us our rooms were not ready but offered a room with a historic view instead. I specifically asked whether, if we waited until regular check-in time, we would still receive the 2 King Corner Rooms w/ balconies & river views that we had reserved. I was told yes, so we decided to wait. When we arrived around 4:30 PM, only one room matched our reservation. The 2nd room was a historic-view room. While staff noted that there was a view of the battleship from one side of the room, the balcony overlooked rooftops, HVAC equipment, & a parking area rather than the river. Since the river-view balcony was the primary reason I selected & paid for these rooms, this was extremely disappointing. The hotel did refund $90 for the difference in room category, which I appreciated. However, the refund did not change the fact that we did not receive the rooms we had reserved. I also found the overall value underwhelming. At roughly $350 per room, amenities were minimal. The coffee bar was an additional charge, each room included only one complimentary bottle of water & bedding/ pillows felt cheap.
