Absolutely gorgeous modern hotel in a beautiful location. Room was very unique but we loved it. Great view, great roof top bar with amazingly kind employees. Beds were comfy, bathroom was super neat and had great water pressure and was very clean. Can tell this place is well taken care of. Breakfast is not Included but there is a spot on the main floor where you can purchase coffee and pastries. The river walk is right out back and very pretty. Parking was a bit pricey for $25 but we used the college covered parking for $10 which is literally across the street, steps away. The ONLY complaint I would have is there is a smoking spot right outside the front door of the hotel by valet so it can be very overwhelming when walking in or out. This should be moved to another location. Price for our stay was also incredible. Would definitely come back.

Really cute place. Unfortunately you have to pay $25 to park! Our toilet didn’t work and they didn’t give us a discount for that. Also there’s no kinda of free breakfast or coffee.

Great river view,walk to bars/restaurants on river walk.Historic building next to a railroad museum.Only negative for me was no chair or desk.They did have a couch.

Booked this as a surprise for my friends 50th birthday weekend away. We loved the location on the river. Being able to walk to places made it better. The rooftop views were top notch too of the battleship and bridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very cool.

This hotel is at the convention center end of Wilmington which means it's surrounded by boring, bland hotels and parking lots. It is however the most interesting hotel in the area since it incorporates an historic rail warehouse. The loft style rooms with the cubicle wall bathrooms, slider door, and curtain really aren't that great. Passing trend which is already passé.

The room was not too big for two beds. There was not a lot of privacy. There was no door to the shower just curtains and the walls between the bathroom and the main room had open gaps. They charged for breakfast. They charge for coffee. I walked up the street about six blocks because I was willing to pay for coffee then pay additionally for coffee at a $320 per night hotel

Had reserved corner room with river view. Got the corner room, but no river view.

I liked the decor and cleanliness of the room and hotel overall. Parking was very limited.

Location is perfect. I got to watch the sunset from my corner room. Only problem is the awful sinks with corner faucet the water turns on and spills all over the counter. And maybe a curtain for shower when someone has guests

Everything about our stay was amazing! Check-in was quick and easy, and both the room and the property were maintained throughout our visit. I definitely recommend setting aside some time to enjoy the rooftop bar in the evening and checking out the outdoor area downstairs. It has games and a nice patio that's perfect for relaxing. The hotel is located in a quieter part of town, which we really appreciated, but it's still within walking distance of just about everything you'd want to see, do, or eat. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed this hotel. The property repurposed old railroad buildings that had once defined the area. Great touch. My lone heads-up to people would be that our room (#607) was an open concept type of room with minimalist barriers. So if someone is in the shower, the whole room feels the humidity. And there’s not a lot of bathroom privacy. We were traveling with our teenage sons before our beach rental was ready and it was a little tight. But for a couple or smaller, younger family, this is a fantastic property. Make sure you visit the rooftop restaurant. The staff up there are wonderful, too. Morning coffee on the riverwalk was beautiful. The adjacent hotels have great rooftop options, too. Bonita down the street was delicious for Latin American food. This hotel is in a great location and it’s really an easy walk to anywhere you want to eat/visit in Wilmington’s historic district.
