Everything was great. Last time I stayed there I received 2 complimentary drinks at happy hour. Did not get those this time. The hot water was turned off in the bathroom sink. I had to turn it back on. The sink stopper was broken and had to pull it out and lay it on the counter to use sink. Even with those items, I enjoyed my stay.

Location. Breakfast. Shower head very high so little pressure. Had to call 3 times to have our room cleaned after they skipped us 2 days in a row. Desk staff was snippy. View was horrible, only saw the heat/air equipment. No signs posted about elevator skipping floors in the evenings.

Fabulous convenient place to stay when attending concerts nearby

I only have 2 less than perfect comments: the pillows on the bed are pitiful. When we went to drive out of the parking deck to depart, we found out that we still had to have our room key to get out (or pay $15).
