Beautiful property, enjoyed my stay.

Great stay! Loved the location, right on the riverwalk, and the managers reception each night! So welcoming! Breakfast is fresh and staff is attentive! We will look forward to returning when in Wilmington!

The breakfast was good We were given a room with a view of a parking lot, the door was difficult to open and close it kept getting jammed, we would charge for parking in the parking garage when that was the only option to park. The TV in the room had issues with the color and kept going dark.

Great views of the river. Lovely location…boardwalk is right outside the hotel. Parking was extra but easy in and out. Loads of restaurants and shopping nearby.

My teenage boys and I were traveling and we appreciated all of the space in our room. We also loved the omelet bar for breakfast.

Never a luggage cart available when u check out. Every time we are here it's the same.

There was not an explanation of the daily parking fee of $29. I didn't know anything about that fee until I checked out. An extra unexpected expense of $58.00. That information should definitely be in the details of the booking and explained clearly upon check-in.

Beautiful hotel and very welcoming service. Breakfast is served at the hotel and a great food

Our AC kept resetting to HEAT every time we would go to sleep. We woke up 2 or 3 times to reset. We were only there 1 night after a long, fun beach day.

Breakfast was outstanding. Proximity to the Riverwalk was great When I checked in the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain and no blow dryer

clean room. clean facilities. Good location. Room temp was 75 degrees and its 95 outside. Could NOT SLEEP. TOO HOT. Check in gave 2 free welcome drinks at the bar on 2nd floor. Went during the posted times. Ordered 2 drinks with ticket in hand, female barkeep charged me $18. Told me I had to be 5 feet further down the bar to get the free drinks. Saw I had the tickets, knows what they are, didn't bother telling me I had to be in a certain spot to get the free "WELCOME" drinks. What a rude welcoming that was...
