They may have an issue with the moisture in the building. The room smelled like mildew. Staff was very accommodating & understanding. They switched my room, however the smell wasn’t better so they gave a full refund.

Nice view, cool property, walkable.

We stayed for 2 nights in late August. The hotel was a disappointment. The outside area near the pool was not maintained well and there was an evident lack of staff (and those that were working didn't seem to want to be there). The hotel overall was dated. Not sure we'd stay again based on our experience.

Clean room, amazing view, conveniently located downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance

We arrived at 1 (early we know) and they said they would text us when the rooms were ready. We wasted time walking around and shopping which was fine but never recieved a text. Finnaly went back at 5pm and yes the rooms were ready. The rooms (and hallway) had an overpowering smell of anticeptic cleaner. It was everywhere. The pool was fine, except the lady tending the towels was rude. The Restaurant downstairs (Board & Barell) was ok. Service was very slow and there were only two other tables. This looks like it should be upper scale dining....it is not. Prices are reasonable and food wasnt bad (except the seaood bisque was aweful but the did take that of the bill). We ordered 1 Skillet Cookie wit ice cream to all share. There was no skillet and the cold choc chip cookie and ice cream took 25 mins to come out. Just sad. We really loved coming here

Very close to where the walking tours start downtown. Air conditioning worked so well. Lots of excellent shops nearby like The Black Cat. Great restaurants of all types in walking distance. Ice cream shops open late and lots of restaurants and bars open even later. Downtown is quite walkable. Parking available for an additional fee. The parking was close to an entrance neat the pool.

Sugo Steakhouse (inside the hotel) was fantasic! However, our room was cold, we couldn't control the temperature & we both left with sore throats. The front desk promised to send someone to check the system, but no one ever showed. In addition, housekeeping service was very late ( after 4pm) & they totally neglected cleaning our room the night prior to our departure.

Located downtown with a lot to do, and places to go. No refrigerator in my room.

The staff was great as we come to expect the room was clean. Little surprised and disappointed at the small pool. Photos are a bit deceiving and when it’s busy there was no loungers. The location is great lots of good food in the area. Overall we would stay here again.

Hotel is a little run down. Pillows were terrible but can’t beat the location and views and great pool area.

The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean. There was no water pressure though in the shower. The carpet in the spiraling staircase downstairs was worn. The drinks at the bar were great. The food at breakfast was excellent. And the location can’t be beat.
