Tried to check in around 11:30pm they said no more room which I already paid $745 with the kids in car. If no more room idk why they allow me to booked or should call me told me as soon as they found out. I drove 5hrs to get answer no more room.

Everything was great. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Dont expect housekeeping services even if they tell you they will be right there. Great location but staff not helpful.

Everything was great until I got home. I always check my charges. I booked on bookings and was double charged. It took me over 2 hours to get it taken care of and 3 phone calls. Booking experience and correction.

10am but they ran out of food by 9:20am. Only toast and waffles were available. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. They ran out of coffee cups so people were going back up to their room to get one. Hallways were not cleaned up the whole weekend. Some mold in the grout of the shower base. Pool was small but nice. Great location.

Overall stay was okay. The bed sheets had severely stained which took three requests for them to be changed. On Tuesday they shut off all water to the hotel without any notice or notice it was back on.

This was our first time visiting Wilmington. We were there for a concert . Check in was so simple. The room was clean and ready for us . The staff were so nice and helpful with suggestions on restaurants . The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again

Valet parking was exceptional and very responsive. Employees were friendly and efficient. On the other hand, corporate issues include—-Breakfast had A LOT to be desired, few choices, pre-packaged, no diverse items, few hot foods. Room had no ice bucket, no table lamp, poor lighting in bathroom mirror. No iron. Door stuck. All minor inconveniences
