Coastal Inn & Suites - Wilmington, NC

The property was clean. The rooms were clean however, the rooms didn’t have phones in the rooms. There were no. Bathrooms in the lobby for people who are staying there there were no elevators for handicap people so you had to go up and downstairs overall I don’t think we would stay there again.

Front desk rep and maintenance man were friendly, but I barely got any sleep after killing five roaches in my room. There was no one at the front window when I checked out to inform. I know I won't be back.

Carpet on the room was old and dirty. When I turned off the light before bedtime, a big tan across the carpet.

Bed hard. Carpet terribly stained. Shower floor was sticky. Couldn't walk around without flip flops.

Very accommodating. David is very attentive. He remembered me from another stay and made sure I was on the first floor because I’m handicapped. I travel for work so I will definitely be staying again!

Everything was great. Exactly what I needed. It is quite and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful.

It was an okay place. Their yard crew blew sand/dirt over the cars while landscaping. Our room had plumbing issues. The toilet took 3-5 minutes to fill the tank after flushing. So no courtesy flushing. The shower really only had hot water. Better than just cold but was really just hot. But hey, had a bed and a/c… and hot water!

My husband and I had a nice stay at the coastal inn. It was located in and around all the shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. A close drive to the beach area and historical sites.

Great budget stay! Everything was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. A pleasant surprise was the free light breakfast — coffee, fresh pastries, fruit (bananas and apples), and yogurts! Excellent value for money!

Besides finding what looked like a roach it was an excellent stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

First off, the room a/c did not work properly, it was hot in the room and there was mold on a/c vents. The room also smelled like mildew. The bathtub had no slip grips in it. There was water on bathroom floor when we checked it. There was supposed to be coffee in lobby at 7am, that did not happen, no one in lobby at 7:30 but they were supposed to be there at 7. Over all the place was nasty and I would not recommend to anyone

Checked out almost as soon as I checked in . Manager came to my room and was combative

Door is hollow you can hear a lot of whats going on in the hallway, other than that pretty standard

Everything was very nice. The room was clean. The staff was great. It was exceptionally quiet in the room.

It was ok. Smelled like chemicals to cover musty. Was generally run down. Bed was good. Parking was questionable, I wasn't very confident in the safely of my vehicle.
