Maybe it was what I should have expected for the price?

Convenient location for tasks I needed to accomplish. I was expecting some kind of breakfast. Cold milk with fruit loops and just banana is not for me.
-
The beds were really comfortable and clean.

Run down hotel with painted over cosmetic corrections and just old outdated furnishings, bed hard and lumpy pillows and dull smell. Would never recommend to anyone.

Nothing checked in and immediately checked out and got a refund As soon as I walked in and put the lights on roaches scurried everywhere, I immediately backed right out of the room but saw it was dated and dirty with people hanging in the parking lot loud etc...

We did not eat breakfast there. The bed was comfortable. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. I kill it.

These people were great. We were able to check in a little early and though the property is old, it has been refreshed. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bath was clean, towels small but fluffy. Breakfast included was very adequate. The best thing, it was very clean. Parking was motel style - right in front of our door. AC worked well too. If needed, we would stay there again.
