Location was perfect and price was reasonable Room was dirty and had a horrible smell, had stains on the bed cover, killed 2 roaches , and 2 rooms down two guys were screaming and cussing at each other and threatening to "cut" the other. I did not feel comfortable even walking out of my room to my vehicle!

It was a good clean hotel for the price. They may have pots & pans & utensils up at the front desk, but they definitely didn’t have any in the room we had. We had sand which stuff with us anyway not knowing what to expect so it was fine. The water in the shower never got hot but it was warm enough to shower. No huge issues & all staff were nice & helpful.

Nice rooms and kitchenette

The room was big and pretty clean. It had a nice kitchen. The floor was put in recently and needs work, the baseboards are cracking and grout is coming up on the tiles in floor. Shower door came off. Wifi and hot water were very spotty. Room was not expensive and not bad for the price.

Room wasn’t that clean, towels were dirty, microwave was very dirty. Floor was very dirty and was cleaned good.

It was ok, the microwave was disgusting, air conditioner was leaking into the floor and very loud. The shower was very nice though! For the price it was ok though.

As soon as I got to the hotel check-in, an older man with glasses was questioning why my sister and I were sharing a 1 King bed room (a room made for 2 people). He finally gave us the key card to our room, when we got to the room and opened the door, a guest was already staying in this room. We walked in on this guest taking a shower with their items all over the room. I quickly shut the door in disbelief that I (a 23 y/o woman) just walked in an adult male taking a shower. I called the front desk and told the man that someone was already in the room. I came back down to the check-in desk and was met with instant defensive comments coming from the man at the desk. I was upset because of what happened and he did not even bother to say sorry or apologize for the great mistake he made. Instead, he was treating my sister and I like we were stupid and lying. He was looking at me very sadistically and made me uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that my sister and I booked another hotel across town. He gave us another room and this particular room, suprisingly empty, half the lights wouldn't turn on and the rusted vent in the bathroom ceiling was poorly duct taped to the ceiling was falling off. The vent was 100% going to fall on someone's head. We did not stay here due to the situation that happened, the way the front desk reacted to it, and how many homeless people openly doing drugs against the walls of the hotel. Absolutely disgusting hotel, environment, and hotel staff attitudes.

To start you have to be let in just to be checked in. Guy at front desk has absolutely no customer services skills, makes no attempt to make eye contact or even make you feel welcomed. Room was “supposed “ to be cleaned, I’m not sure who taught their cleaning staff to clean but when there are literal adult stains. Ended up ordering cleaning supplies gloves and bedding to tolerate the one night I braved staying. Left early of my two night stay just for safety reasons, Came back from dinner to people inbetween cars getting high. The smell of drugs was so strong it was insane. Parked nested to a guy literally hit boxing in his vehicle. People looked like they were living in the hotel. Half dressed smoking right out side of the rooms, for a smoke free property. Yelling and screaming like they were sitting on a front porch. Absolutely disgusting and at check out the guy tried charging me again for another night when I already paid up front had to argue with him to check out. Worst place ever! Please avoid staying here!

The room was cleaned! This is a huge issue for me when it comes to living In hotels even the more expensive ones I’ve stayed I have been filthy. The bed was sooo comfortable, I have issues sleeping on different beds esp one that’s not mines. The stove worked, the coffee machine worked, but the toaster didn’t.. I was afraid it might of caught fire, there was a strong burning smell when I turned it on. Nice size shower, a little cluster with the toilet but it worked fine aswell. I lived on the 2nd floor and I enjoyed it! The only issue I saw arise was people that were acting in a sense erratic.

The first room smelled like there was a dead rodent inside so I went back to the counter and was given another room. The second room was better until we saw roaches in the kitchenette. The sink outside the bathroom was leaking. There was a lot of “extra curricular” activity in the parking lot at night. I will not be staying at this motel again.

One night stay. Everything was just fine.

The staff was superb. The guy at night was so helpful - his kindness meant a lot. The guy in the morning told me all kinds of Wilmington history. Great job, owner of Studio 6!!!!! Will stay again!!!
