Studio 6 Wilmington, NC

The staff was superb. The guy at night was so helpful - his kindness meant a lot. The guy in the morning told me all kinds of Wilmington history. Great job, owner of Studio 6!!!!! Will stay again!!!

The room was very accessible for a person in wheelchair

This is an old hotel! Very cheap to stay and iffy! Sheets barely fit the beds. Towels are like ones that were well worn from an old gym and very thin. Floor and bathroom seemed clean however there was dog hair on top of the frig. Some questionable persons around as well, Probably the reason the front office was locked during daylight hours. We left after one night of our two night reservation. The location of this hotel it’s very easy to get to or see from the main road, so you could easily miss it. The traffic in Wilmington to awful making getting to this location even harder. It was our choice to stay at this cheaper hotel so that’s on us but learned our lesson.

No hot water some mornings, dingy towels, reused towels, loud and drug infested area, room dont smell fresh. Updated room over dirty room. Not a good choice

So when I arrived I was welcomed by Mgr. And was given the room with information for future reservations. But when I opened the door to the room it was completely flooded due AC issues . I asked the cleaning staff to help with issue and said she couldn't due to her being the only one cleaning and drenched in water. They told to call the office after multiple times of of me trying to reach office I gave up and asked the cleaning personnel to give me the mop and towels to soak up flooded room , mind me I was with my pregnant wife an 2 toddlers. Never again. Thank you for the experience.

It’s ok

The outdoor area surrounding the motel smelled of urine and excrement. I mistook two workers for homeless vagrants. Almost every surface in the room was covered in either mold stains or rust. Towels and toilet paper were both physically wet. There were exposed electrical wires in the room, which was concerning at first, but fortunately the outlets they were connected to didn't even function.

The kitchen area was nice and the shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The establishment has laundry facility on the property The wifi was spotty and the television kept going out *no signal* housekeeping needs to do better but I talked to the front and they are short staffed so understandable.

Filthy. Inside and out. No help from management on stopped up sink. No one should stay here. Transit type of place

Kinda close to the beach wasn’t messy The shower wasn’t draining

Clean room with microwave and refrigerator. feel prices are extreme in the Wilimington NC area where other cities that are larger and nicer have better and cheaper prices on hotel rooms.
