Comfort Suites Wilson I-95

The room is very dated. The room was not clean . There was dust on the hair dryer and around the beds . The elevator was dirty . The towels were dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel .

THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE CEILING VENT WITH WATER DRIPPING DOWN INTO THE BATHROOM WHICH WAS COVERING THE FLOOR IN AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM. UNSAFE. THEY BEGAN WORKING ON THE ISSUE. BUT I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.

Dirty floors, uneven tube, felt dirty

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The parking was convenient.

There was a really nice lady making sure breakfast items were in place and the tables were kept clean. Breakfast was really good and I appreciated this employee’s efforts to make sure it was.

Great breakfast clean hotel close to every thing My room ac was leaking my bathroom tub was still needing repair but they rent the room anyway! Tub looked like it should be thrown out

For the reasonable price, a welcome surprise. Good breakfast, nice clean large rooms. Decent shower with good pressure hot water. Funky bathroom coating was peeling which detracted from the rest but good clean comfortable room at competitive rates and friendly staff

Evening staff was wonderful. He made sure everything was going well. Breakfast was okay, the staff really worked hard.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming during check-in. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been much better. While the service was pleasant, I was disappointed with the condition of the room and expected it to be cleaner.

It was a nice place to stay

Very nice and clean All I can complain about was that you could hear children running up and down the hall at night.

I hated it. I was stolen from by a housekeeper who was suppose to be trusted to clean a room. In addition, one of the first things I do when entering a hotel room is assess its cleanliness and overall condition. Unfortunately, I was immediately disturbed by what I found. The room contained a broken iron, stains on the walls, peeling paint in the bathtub, a leaking air conditioning unit, and a television that did not work properly. It was the worst experience! I will never come back to this location!

Big room. Clean How the front desk clerk brushed off when I told her the water was filling up in the tub during showers. Told the woman the next day and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room

The shower was very slippery. And it seemed very narrow. The breakfast eggs did not look very appealing. But the waffle was okay.
