Great location clean room

Dirty shower, dirty towels, TV bearly worked. Bad hotel.

Remember check the bed sheets for existing stains

Room nothing special at all nor was breakfast

Worst stay ever at Red Roof this hotel should be closed and remodeled, needs better housekeeping staff, and Should guarantee Privacy from their guests who live there, from bothering other guests for rides ect....just weird photo shows how housekeeping left my room when I requested clean sheets DAMN Shame

I like the room it was very clean There were no wash cloths and it was super cold when we first entered. And we paid for 2 rooms and they were so far from each other instead of being next to each other.

The bed was pretty comfortable The pool was not open and it’s well past Memorial Day. The kitchen doesn’t have any utensils. The floors were not swept. The toilet chain kept popping off and I had to keep reattaching it myself to flush. The staff harassed my children for visiting me. The washcloths looked used and hand rung. There were hand prints all over the walls and wads of hair on the floor in the bedroom. I asked for more towels and never received them. My daughter and I used one towel a piece for the entire stay. I asked about reimbursement and I have yet to receive anything.

Bed is good and comfortable, but the room it wasn't clean; the floor felt sticky. Breakfast is to basic, just coffee, pancakes, and bread; they don't offer any protein.

The location was perfect for my family. It was nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly to us. N/A

Im not hard to please but this hotel was not pleasant by any means. I checked in my first room had a 17x14 inch duct tape pad in the bottom of the tub covering a hole. Several Cigarette burns and stains on the comforter and sheets. Nasty stains in the chair. Broken bathroon door. Paint falling off the walls. Burn in the wood floors. Smoke detector missing. It looked like a complete wreck how you would allow a paying costumer i ter these conditions was unbelievable. I instantly went back to the desk to ask for if there was a room avaliable that was in livable condition and was asked if i used the room after only being in it for minutes. They gave me a second room that was better but still again Cigarette burns in the bed sheets and comforter. Smoke alarm missing again. Refrigerator had not been cleaned and had some kind of food spilled in it. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling but stayed my nights there and just took it as a lesson learned to not ever attempt a red roof in again. Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever experienced by far. I wish i could post pictures here to show my absolute discuss.

The floor looked poorly maintained and there were visible stains and moisture spots on the wood. In the bathroom, the bathtub had noticeable cracks and looked worn out, which made it feel unhygienic. Another concerning detail was the smoke detector on the wall — it appeared to be missing its cover with exposed wiring, which raises safety concerns. Overall, the room felt neglected and not properly maintained. With some repairs and better upkeep, this place could be much better, but in its current state it does not meet basic expectations for a hotel stay.

The room was a 4 person occupancy, but we were only provided with 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. No hand towels, no bathmat. The tub was slimy and the shower curtain was hanging half off. When I got out of bed in the morning, I found a bandaid that wasn't mine stuck to my sock, which tells me the sheets were never changed. Also the microwave didnt work.
