Employees were great. Elevator broke. Air-conditioner was goofy, shouldn't need instructions to get room cooled.

The rooms were clean, but it seemed like the toilet kept running constantly, and the refrigerator was very loud in room. The mattress was thin and stiff, and the pillows were flat no matter how much they were fluffed or layered. We waited about 20 -30 minutes in lobby before anyone was able to check us in, and ID verification was not even asked which I found unusual.

We were there for a wedding. The staff was very friendly when we arrived. Our two rooms were very clean and the decor was nice. My husband and sons enjoyed the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I did note the kicker was loose on the door and the beds are not very comfy. Good for a stop and go.

The temperature control for the shower in our room didn't work. It was on full scalding hot or ice cold, there was no in between. When I mentioned it to the front desk they just said thanks for letting us know.

bathroom sink did not drain well; there should be another bar in the tub as the tub was slick--too easy to fall. Staff were all helpful. Breakfast options were great. AC worked well.

The room was sterile. High ceilings, no artwork or decorative appointments of any kind. Mold in shower along shower door track.

So this was a complete turn around I love the kitchen staff !! She was amazing cracking jokes with me and made sure that I had all that I needed!!! I love her made me want to stay and no leave! She is the short lady and had her hair down with a clip in it !! She needs a raise!!!

Chambre très propre malgré les tapis😞. Nous avons féliciter la personne qui travaillait au déjeuner. Tout était chaud est délicieux! Beaucoup de variété céréales, gruau, granola, café délicieux et très chaud!, bagel 3 sortes et muffin anglais, oeufs brouillés et panties de saucisses!!! Tout était parfait!

Close to the mudgirl run Stick to booking via bookings. I extended my stay for 1 day. One day, via bookings was $153 .directly through them was $220. I didn't even stay the full day. Just till 2pm after the run

Just about everything No ice machine on the 2nd floor. Paid enough to stay and should not have to go to another floor for ice. Also breakfast was too late on Sunday. Would have been great to at least get coffee before 7am.
