The pool needed a good cleaning, the water was dirty. The TV didn’t work right.

Nice step and clean hotel

Domestic violence in an adjacent room, yelling by many members staying in various rooms on our floor. Apparently the police was non-existent that night and the hotel "staff" had had it. It's a room. Try something else in another town, especially if you have children like we do, and safety and sleep are priorities.

Great staff and really nice hotel

Needs updating. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom needs repair work. The breakfast was not very enticing.

We just stayed one night. Rooms are big, but hotel appears tired and partially updated. Staff was pleasant and amenities met our needs.

Customer service was amazing! Nothing

Location When I turned on the shower roaches started coming out of the cracks in the wall. I mentioned it to front desk and he was really nice and moved us to another room. With it being 3am when we arrived at the room we didn't get any sleep.

We don’t have no hot water. Took cold showers and ran it for 15 minutes to see if it would turn hot. No lotion in the dispenser. None of the drink vending machine worked. We tried every floor. Breakfast was not even good.

Room was OK, staff very helpful and the breakfast was good!

Was grateful my room was on the 1st floor. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t as expected as @ the Fayetville CI&S by Radisson chain. I’m glad there was gym and pool but I didn’t have time to use either. Staff was attentive to needs. I may visit again on a road trip back and forth to the North East.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it was very nice. This time? I found 3 bugs in my room, not roaches, but a spider and 2 other small black type bugs, I don't think bed bugs either, but nothing should be moving in a good hotel. One of the black bugs was on the pillow, not sure what it was, but the sheets were clean. There were cracks in the bathroom floor, a big crack in the tile where the shower rod meets the tiles, there were patches in the tile at the bottom of the outside of the tub / tile that were white and just slapped on, didn't even attempt to make it look neat or match the tiles. The rugs in the hallway are so dirty, hardly any choices for breakfast. The luggage carts are old and worn, the metal poles are wiggly and just about coming out of the cart. It's a shame what this nice hotel became. It was nice at one time.

The room tv was not working but other than that, it was a great stay.

Breakfast Nothing

All of the rooms were perfect. The handicap accessible room was absolutely lovely as we're the other 2 room, the suite was great for the space and just enogh for us all. The young men (Tay and John) were exceptionally great,they made sure I had everything I needed,they kept our floor very clean. I can't complain.

Needless to say, I will never come back to this hotel again.
