Very nicely kept clean well lit staff well dressed well behaved and smiling. We dropped a prayer mattress somewhere while loading out luggage while checking out once we found it missing called the hotel response was just great so on our return we collected the prayer mattress somewhere while thanks to the staff for keeping our prayer mattress safe and returning it on our return trip back home . That’s the service I appreciate will definitely make a stop every time I will pass through this city ever again . God bless staff for such a wonderful service.

I stayed there in October in another room and it was fine. But it’s obvious this was a room that was flooded or something.

They had a front and good size parking lot in the back, both well lit. Didn't do breakfast there, however the set up was taken care of and clean. Lot of restaurants like Cracker Barrel and McDonald's you can walk to. Many more dining options just a short drive away. They are in the process of updating, but everything is contained. I would stay again.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t need only problem was a yapping dog next door. When did we start allowing g dogs in hotels? Very u sanitary. No dogs please

Friendly staff Room not clean and room needs an upgrade

Very disappointed that I made paid reservations several months ahead and could not get a first floor room and there was no elevator. Not easy for 2 persons in their seventies to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs! Beds were not comfortable at all. No carpeting in room. Would not stay there again.

I have no complaints for the staff on duty when I checked in. The two rooms we were given initially were not good—one smelled like mold and the other one had a strong air freshener smell. I was traveling with 2 children who have asthma, so I requested two new rooms. The two new assigned rooms were better but had been smoked in. There was mold in the bathroom, window seals, and the air conditioner. There were rips in the fabric cushions and although the bed had no bugs, they were OLD and had many many stains. The rooms were inexpensive and I got EXACTLY what I paid for. Although the floors were redone, they were already in bad shape and my children’s feet were absolutely black when they went to bed. All around gross experience and I’m pretty disappointed.

Closeness to the Interstate. Pet-friendly. Pleasant staff. Carpet in the room could use cleaning. All else was great.

Our stay was very pleasant! Everything was clean, very quiet & the front desk staff were always available if we needed anything! I also love the affordable rates as well.

We have stayed there multiple times. This was the worst stay in 5 years... Definitely a decline ... Probably won't go back.

Clean room but bare bones. You get what you pay for. Staff however was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with
