When we checked in, no staff were available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes. Even though we were traveling with a child and many other rooms were available, we were given one of the farthest room. Our room was also not cleaned at all during our entire four-day stay. Overall, the experience was not good.

We had our dog with us and our room was right across from the elevator, so sometimes there were noisy people outside our door during the night. The dog didn’t bark, but he was anxious. Next time, I’ll request a more secluded room.

The rooms were clean, and you had your own shuttle not a shared shuttle, my experience in the past with airport shuttles near you were always really full and shared - multiple stops, so it was always hard to get a spot when you needed to go to the airport. I will be back for this reason alone. Really nothing, we were there to sleep and that was pretty much it.

Basic Hampton Inn, great pool area, but very noisy from the nearby highway and the airport. You would think they would install noise cancelling windows!
