Great location. near airport and my business destination. The breakfast was hot, tasty, and well assorted. The staff were friendly and outgoing. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was easy to locate and easy to get around where I needed to be. The communitty printer didn't work as expected. Getting in and out of the hotel parking lot required U turns often. The resurant next door (Bear BBQ) was not very good. Limited eating establishments within walking distance.

Ac was noisy and dripping water, complementary breakfast was a joke

It worked well for our overnight stay before flying out early.

The woman working the evening desk on 7/9/2026 was AMAZING. My flight was canceled and I showed up tired and grumpy. I also had minor surgery that day and was still dealing with lingering anesthesia grogginess, and she was kind to give me plenty of water so I could hydrate. Last year I stayed at another Hampton Inn and got bedbugs. So my trust was zero when I walked into the lobby. She changed all that. Give her a raise!

Place was clean staff were respectful

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the only downside was that when I went into the workout room, and tried to exit through the doors, it wouldn’t open. Luckily there was a cleaning person there and she let me out. Otherwise, the hotel was wonderful, the front staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was great. Very quiet. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

The sliding door to the bathroom did not work properly and had so many gaps that there was no real privacy for using the bathroom. Also the fan in the bathroom was so loud that it was impossible to sleep or watch TV if someone was in the bathroom. We went to USA to attend a funeral and the state of the room affected our stay significantly. We spoke with a member of staff on 25 June who told us that she could not help or change rooms because we booked with Expedia, a third party. This manager (I cannot recall her name) was quite abrupt when she told us this and left us feeling that there was no point in complaining. We paid a premium rate to stay at this hotel but it fell below minimum standards because the bathroom was inadequate. I am a very loyal user of Expedia but it seemed to be a disadvantage on this trip. In these circumstances I should be grateful if you would consider some sort of compensation for the upset caused during this trip. Kind Regards Ann Charles

Hampton inn was so nice! The staff were friendly and they have a shuttle that picked us up at the airport. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great choices for breakfast. Comfortable beds and close to sports dome.

Breakfast was ok, limited options but great for a smaller hotel, Room was ok, there was some wear and tear with regards to the bathroom wall or behind the ac, also saw a bug but we were on the first floor so he could have come in with guests, room wasnt exactly what I paid for or expected but it worked.
