Room was so filthy I refused to stay there they also refused to refund the second night I never stayed avoid at all costs the rooms were not cleaned at all and the whole place smelled

It was very bad there

No soap, bodywash, shampoo, tissues or clock in room. Carpets had not been vacuumed, towels were stained, building exterior door locks did not work.

Nothing The hotel had roaches and they needed a better cleaning

Didn’t even stay for the night; checked in, walked to the room, opened the doors, was hit by the stench, and proceeded to check out and stay elsewhere 1. No exterior lighting at the front of the building, I initially thought the property was closed or abandoned 2. All the bathrooms in the common areas were padlocked and closed either for maintenance or renovations 3. Elevator didn’t work 4. Room was roughly 80 degrees and smelled of burnt popcorn; someone had been smoking something previously 5. People were out in the hallway at 1:00am knocking on other units doors 6. Overall, just a dumpy building with spotty lighting, dirty facilities, and little to no regular maintenance

King size bed was good, the room was comfortable It advertises a shuttle to the airport which is why I booked it but when I arrived I was informed that they had none so it made my trip more difficult

The bed was big The cockroaches

The place was dirty, insects all over very bad nothing

Nothing at all Roaches were everywhere in the bed all over the place

There where bugs cockroaches dead and alive one All there where live n dead bugs all over the room

It was trash outside the door, and the door was broken in the hallway was dirty.

I did not stay there - my family and I drove into the parking lot and promptly turned around as the condition of the property was frightening in appearance. The building looks condemned, curtains in the windows are heavily stained. I would never subject my family to these conditions.
