La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford - Bradley Airport

The hotel smelled terrible. Not friendly. Room smelled and air conditioner was loud. One lamp didn’t work and there was no WiFi available and no streaming available for Netflix. Very disappointed

First two room were dirty. Beds were not made and garbage in trash cans

The lobby was less than inviting, had an odd odor, and I wouldn’t eat breakfast there to save my life, but the room was pretty clean, staff was nice. 3.0 out of 5.

I recently stayed in the La Quinta Inn by Hartford Wyndham while moving my son into Grad School. The hotel was nice, staff was courteous helpful. We will probably book here again when we are in town the next time.

Clean, quiet room, courteous staff and a large breakfast spread.

The bathroom was dirty, mildew, toilet seat was disgusting. Sink hot water pressure was terrible. Breakfast was awful. No waffles at all. At least this time, which will be our last time, the outside doors were actually locked this time. Only changed sheets once in 7 days. Finally was able to get towels.

Old, stinky, not maintained well.

No hand towels, wash clothes or bath mat. We arrived late and was to tired to walk back down to ask. Most all hotels are supplied with those extra towels.

My room smelled like mold.

Set multiple alarms for an early flight. Wake up call did not happen but everything else was great. Close to the airport and shuttles provided

The breakfast was good and the staff were nice. Easy to get to, convenient location. WiFi did not work in our room and the tv had a very poor connection.

good location. lots of food places around. decent price for a very quiet room. breakfast was more than adequate.

The focus appears to continue to shave cost at every turn. Lamp switches have to be jiggled to work. Technically it works so don't fix. No hooks to hang towels or only putting a teeny tiny shelf in the shower, because technically it is only for their soap, save more money. At breakfast, only put out 6 eggs and sausage patties at a time to keep waste to a minimum. It isn't bad per se, and the staff were very nice and helpful, but for the price, it isn't quite up to par. Oh, and the foundation is sinking so the doors are all crooked. I'd stay here again if I didn't have other options but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Amazing staff and good breakfast

After checking in, we went to our room, turned on the lights, and saw a Roach move across the sink counter. We checked out of the Hotel.

Had an early flight so missed breakfast. Would have liked a take away bfst, like some other motels. Airport transfers were very good, quick and on scheduled time. Very friendly drivers.

I had stayed at this property last August and was impressed with quality in each category. This stay was disappointing primarily because the WiFi was practically non functioning, slow, unable to download or even to advance videos. In addition, the facility looked very tired.

Found a cockroach crawling around our toothbrushes in the morning. Room was not clean; old cheese in the fridge; pillows smelled stinky. Bed was uncomfortable. Only upsides were the room was quiet at night and the early morning airport shuttle was prompt. Lack of cleanliness is a dealbreaker.
