Smaller beds didn’t help us sleep well

The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to everything you might need and very easy to find. Very convenient for airport parking, concerts close by or anything else you might be in the area for

Clean room

This was not my first choice but I booked last minute and my typical choices near the airport were full and not available. Was a bit reluctant but was impressed. Hotel and rooms clean, staff very friendly, airport shuttle available, with a few places walkable to eat/drink. Would stay again.

No free breakfast. Room under renovation. Web sight advertised free continental breakfast. Room lights were lights that you would hang on the outside of your house. The lights bulbs had metal wire frames around them.

I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. My only issue here was not in any way in the hotel's control - there was a LOT of traffic/road noise and a number of very loud people in the halls one night. The next night at 2 am, they very loudly emptied the trash at the diner next door, complete with clanging bins and back-up alarms, so I didn't sleep great either night I was there. That said, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay otherwise. Decent breakfast but it ends early (930). Lots of nearby stuff for breakfast if you miss it as there's a McDonalds not too far away as well as a Starbucks.

close to airport the staff was unfriendly when we arrived but after her everyone else was ok. the air conditioner did not work the entire time we were there. the room was smelly and muggy

The room was unsafe. There was a gap between the door and frame, all around light could be seen, and while standing at the vanity/sink (located in the room entranceway), I could see out to hallway. Since the room was located next to the elevator, there was a lot of traffic.

Th location is ideal if using the airport. We were able to walk to places to eat!

We were on 4 th floor In the morning elavator was Broke Had to climb stair twice

I was there 17 hours and the elevator broke down twice. The front desk had the presence of mind to place me on the highest floor so I had to take the stairs with my baggage. The room card did not work well so I came down to have it fixed. The front desk told me maybe the card was placed next to my iPhone. No it wasn’t. It’s the card reader. The next day I saw that they use towels as door stoppers in the public areas and pointed this out. Again the front desk said “sorry, it is what it is, I can’t do anything about this, have a nice day, sir”. This is a hotel in denial, it needs to fix deferred maintenance and improve customer service. And to boot, it wasn’t cheap so it’s terrible value.

The front desk gentleman was great! Very efficient & dealt with the many customers at one time.

5 smallish rectangular pillows were very uncomfortable. Occasional noise from being next door to elevator. A/C worked fine.Plenty of outlets for phones etc. Otherwise satisfactory for one night.

This hotel is tired and worn out . It needs some updating . Staff is great. Rooms are clean but carpets musty . I only had an overnight stay between flights .

Love the location, very friendly for my service dog we brought with us had no problems no issues There’s nothing I did not dislike it’s a high praise

Totally adequate for a nights sleep next to the airport

Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in close to 5:00 pm (check in supposed to be at 3:00). First set of door keys and one wouldn’t work. Instead of recoding one they had to recode both, then next day when we returned in the evening neither of the new cards would work. Room was just OK, should have been much cleaner. Hair on the bathroom shower wall and toilet before we even used the bathroom. Breakfast was just so, so. I will say though, the beds were comfortable.

We always stay at LaQuinta when we fly out of Bradley Airport. It’s perfect for us. A great place for a one night stay.

I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel and there was a yappy dog next-door that was a little disturbing.
