Homewood Suites by Hilton Windsor Locks Hartford

The room was clean. Well appointed. Breakfast was horrible. There were no dinner plates, they washed what was needed. One morning they only had small plates. Thankfully there was fresh fruit, yogurt and oat meal.

Suites are in staired separate units from the main facility and there are not elevators. My unit had stained furniture and dirty washcloths left from prior tenants that were never cleared out or replaced, and a heater door inside the bathroom that had a broken lock on it and leaked whenever the neighboring unit flushed their toilet. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was standard fair and had ample seating. Outside gathering area was a nice pavilion. No parking/pull off for check in area, but the units had lots of parking nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast choices. Room is clean. Somehow our room had a wrong sized shower curtain.

I stayed with my family for our reunion from September 4th to 7th, booking two rooms. The rooms had a smoky odor. The bathtub was rusted wia black stained down the bath mat. There was a black ring around the toilet bowl. There was no staff that serviced the rooms the whole stay. We waited 1.5 hours for towels, I was informed that there were no more availableand they were being washed. The water dispenser in the lobby was filled with black grains. Overall, the experience was terrible and costly. The carpet was torn up as if a dog, chewed it and loud noise persisted late into the night with kids playing basketball at 1am We do not recommend this property as it needs major upgrades, especially in the lobby. The staff looked unprofessional and was unavailable to provide towels, making the place look horrible. I would rate it 0 stars.

The next day I worked with another representative at the front desk Ashley who was incredibly helpful and was able to correct the issue. Thank you Ashley.

hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. breakfast wasn’t the best ever but it was good with various options both hot and cold. we did book this trip specifically for the outdoor pool and loungers to have a relaxing day by the pool to tan only to find that the photos online of the pool with lounge chairs are non existent. staff confirmed the photos online don’t match the furniture they actually have which was a let down as that was a selling point for us. that was the only negative part of our stay however as room was clean and staff were friendly.

the rooms beautiful property kept very well but when it was breakfast time the burners that heated the breakfast was never turned on my 91 year old mom got sick it ruin the day of her birthday i complained about it just a tex saying how can they improved not even a free stay or discount or a call from manager next day burner were all on breakfast was warm

$250 hold (which was more than we paid to stay there), but not a deterrent for what you get.

I wasn’t too crazy about the giant crack in the window that was covered in tape. That’s not what I expect from a Hilton branded hotel. Also, my boy ran into a bar that was sticking out from under the bed.

Would stay again! Cozy suite. Shower a little outdated, but clean and great water pressure!

The room looked new, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. It was also very comfortable and cozy, which made me feel right at home. The entire property was clean and well taken care of, and having a pool was a great bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This hotel was fantastic right from the start. The gentleman at the check-in counter was very nice and quick. The room was very clean, quiet and roomy. The hotel is only about a 3 minute drive (if that) to the airport. Great stay thank you!

Staff was pleasant, however several things were not the best. There were little black bugs on ceiling of the shower area and a screw in the toilet. We told the front desk, but nothing changed. Very bright light outside of bedroom window shining into room made it hard to sleep. Breakfast provided was adequate but really nothing special.

Everything was excellent I mean everything. The workers are very friendly and very helpful. I really love that place and I will be back.

Love how they have free breakfast and coffee out for you all night the employee is so sweet and they talk to you like family I will definitely be back soon.and love have you can have your own small cookout.

Hotel was great. The staff were very nice & accommodating. The pool had great hours.
