Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel

I like the view and location When we came from south poor visible property signs (hotel name)

Super clean; and easy access to downtown! We were told breakfast was included by the lobby staff when we got there; woke up the following morning and went down and we couldn’t eat

Location Many downfalls to this property. You have to pay for parking, breakfast is $22 per day, hotel is dirty and outdated. Pool was out of service, and ice makers only located on odd floors. I would not recommend this establishment for the price

Location was great for walking downtown. They are dog-friendly and the additional cost was nominal. For the swimming pool, I was given a guest pass to use at the adjacent hotel. All staff were courteous and helpful. We were on the 9th floor which gave us a beautiful view of city lights Parking costs extra but was very convenient in the parking garage out the back door. Breakfast costs extra and we chose not to participate, but our room had a Keurig and we were given plenty of pods.

The location Cleanliness was ok but not great. There was no dental kits. I would suggest to install bidet in a few floors. It will support the diversity of Canada.

Very good location and friendly staff. Upon arrival when we got to our room the bathroom was dirty I guess from other guests. Sink was not clean at all. Water pressure for shower very low.

The parking is not attached to the hotel building. $30/night for a pet charge is quite expensive.

Excellent location, clean and great value. Staff was kind and upgraded us to a king bed. The view was beautiful. Nothing.
