Thr staff was nice The building is in poor repair, the parking lot is ridiculous, broke down, small, littered with a/c units. Broken concrete and construction debris. Windsor is run down.

We had the city view but it was too noisy,

Thought it was pricey

Breakfast was good. Could’ve been a few more options such as bagels, coffee should not be considered an equal value to juice, milk etc. almost a $5 up charge for juice or milk after having a single cup of coffee was excessive. The parking situation was horrendous. Why on earth would you continue to offer parking after the number of spaces available has already been met. Some of us found the street noise a bit much but hard to control being downtown.

Parking space is limited and narrow passage, for check-in if you have to leave vehicle and go inside only two cars can be parked

Very clean and located downtown Windsor even though there’s not much to downtown. No complaints

Easy location to walk most places. Easy parking. A shower with a door that closes and not just a stationary half pane of glass. Polyester sheets

Amazing location and seevice

Great location, secure parking, attached restaurant, and comfortable room. Wish the room had a mini-fridge.

Easy check in, nice clean rooms and location within walking distance to many features.

I booked a room , with late arrival . Due to construction in the parking garage there was no onsite parking at the hotel . I had to park a block away in city parking garage and then carry my bag to the hotel , being a solo traveller. I woke up to American Dog Ticks in my bed and crawling in the floor . Checked out never to return . No mgr inside , staff had to call mgr . Offered comp for the one night but nothing to cover laundry of my clothes to rid them of possible ticks or medical concerns on tick bites . Just an apology.

Clean No parking, unfriendly staff

Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Loved having a Starbucks in the building. The location is extremely loud. We were located on the 3rd floor facing the Main Street. Local bars are across the street and the street traffic kept us up until the early morning every night. Kids running back and forth from the pool during the day made resting throughout the day impossible. As well as cleaning staff hanging out in the hallways.

We were put in a room right next to elevator and heard the elevator cables in our room. Unacceptable, was this the only room available?? Too late in the evening to go and switch! Not happy!!

Nice location and friendly staff. Parking is about 20$ extra and is limited. The facilities are older, the design, air conditioning and stuff all is dated. The only new thing, with an upgraded feel was the washroom. I don’t know, the facilities don’t feel luxurious but rather an old hotel

Parking was horrible.

Centrally located extraordinary clean marvelous scent good customer service the restaurant and lounge drinks and food went very good The cost of a single bag of potato chips for $6 smile and no one knew what the marvelous scent that was coming from the air freshers nor they would tell me how to purchase the scent very nice scent

The location is great, the hotel is clean, and we enjoyed our stay. Parking is not free, which was very disappointing.

The location. There was a terrible leak in the ceiling we’re are entrance location was it ruined my white Jean jacket. The pool had false advertising about adult swim being from 10pm-12am which was posted by the elevators on the first floor. Ice machine didn’t work nor did the microwave.
