Well located for this area of town with excellent views of the Detroit skyline. The rooms are spacious and clean. Car parking available right next door with a bridge to the hotel. The restaurant was great. Front desk staff, for the most part, was very unfriendly. At check-in we were told no other rooms were available (we received one next to the elevators), yet later learned most of the hotel was empty. The gym is OK although there was no AC. The pool was OK although not super clean, and the male showers were disfunctional.

The hotel s a great place to stay in Windsor by beautiful Riverside Drive. The staff are very polite and respectful and kind and compassionate. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed s quite comfortable. The River Room s very cozy and sentimental and beautiful with great selection of food and drinks and very nice atmosphere with great staff with professional service. I ll surly stay again in this hotel and will recommend it to other travellers who are going to Windsor. I enjoyed my time in the hotel very much. I liked everything about the hotel and location and staff.

Room had an excellent view of the river. Restaurant was excellent with great view also.

Breakfast excellent. Snack bar very convenient. The view is amazing with the excitement of watching the lakeliners travel past the window. The lake promenade is beautifully landscaped the gardens are meticulously manicured and the walking path is great to get in a good walk. Beds are too soft for our liking. I prefer a Keurig coffee just a preference.

Nothing special The room was too cold, the air condition was too loud and could not lower the temperature. Parking was not included and we had to pay extra for it.
