I didnt like anything about this stay I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience. I specifically booked and paid for a Deluxe Suite King with Sofa Bed, but upon arrival the hotel informed me that this room was never available and that it was a mistake on Booking.com that it was listed as available. Instead, I was given a standard room, which is clearly not what I paid for. This is completely unacceptable. I made this reservation based on the room type advertised, and receiving a lower-category room has negatively impacted my vacation. I should not have to bear the consequences of an error between the hotel and Booking.com. I request an appropriate refund for the difference in room value, along with compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Please investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Clean, good value breakfast. All my information was accurate, efficiant desk. Sketchy people across the street. A coffee nook in the room would be nice.

Clean, large rooms, free breakfast Tons of kids running and shouting up until past 11 pm.

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from, which was a great way to start the day. When we first arrived, we were assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, but the staff apologized and quickly found us a clean room, which we appreciated. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and our room overlooked a vacant lot where there were several homeless individuals. While we understand this is outside the hotel's control, it made us feel uncomfortable walking around the area.

the staff was excellent! Despite the location inside of the hotel is very nice, clean and welcoming! The Morning breakfast was also very good and constantly being looked after and taken care of so there was never an empty tray! the convenience of the location is really helpful just maybe should consider an outdoor security so the doors to get in aren’t surrounded by the many people downtown with a drug problem.

Very neat and quiet Children play football and kept hitting shots at my window (Room 137). I sometimes jump out of bed in fear only to find out the noise came from children hitting the window with balls while playing.

Very close to downtown for an exceptional price! The back area was a bit sketchy, Just be mindful and careful like anywhere else you’d be.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds great staff. Would stay again
