Excellent views and friendly staff. The pool area was nice and relaxing. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will visit again. I wish my room was cleaned a little more often. The shampoo and conditioner, coffee etc. wasn’t replenished. I didn’t request it but I assumed it was part of cleaning the room.

Room was magnificent! The view, cleanliness, and accessibility to the casino was perfect. You check in at one building then have to walk back over with all your items to another building. I recently sprained my ankle so it was alittle taxing to maneuver the two locations. They did have a wonderful butler that rolled my items with me to my room.

We liked having the casino and restaurants open late and 24hrs . Being able to book dinner at spago was nice . Staff during check in was not helpful . They were able to honor the early check in , but rooms were on separate floors and couldn’t guarantee if we waited 2 hours they would have any available on the same floor . Check in girl didn’t tell us we were in the forum tower and we went up the Augustus elevators looking for our rooms . A nice security guard told us we were on the other side of the of the hotel ! Walked through the casino twice with all of our luggage , no maps or explaination from check in girl
