Canoga Hotel At Warner Center

The room we booked was infested with cockroaches and they were everywhere including in the office

Spacious No breakfast

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The room was pretty large. It was nice to have free wifi and parking. The room had a microwave, a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom and outside sink area was modern and new-ish. The shower was very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly. It was pretty quiet there most of the time. The couch was completely run down, torn and stained. It was unusable and gross. The table had hair and cigarette burn on it. The leather part of the bed had cracks and tears, even though overall the bed looked modern and nice. The bed sheets had visible yellow stains. The orange walls were very run down too, and looked nothing like on the photos. There was a light missing over the desk. This place could look so much nicer if they just repaint or add wall paper. The room had a smoke smell when I just entered, and I had switch a couple of rooms to get the one that smelled less. It's definitely a motel and not a hotel. The surrounding area is not the best, and it's not in Warner Center as advertised.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable; room was clean and had all the basics; staff friendly and helpful. Discolorations on the rug, paint chipping, bathroom baseboards eroded from water damage with no evidence of any attempt to repair, location (a bit ghetto)

Property was a good distance to many other places. There was a few flies in the room as we were walking in & then later at night we found a cockroach in the restroom.

Space and everything was nice! Looks exactly like the photos provided Honestly it wasn’t in a good area I felt scares sleeping here at night. A lot of cars come in and out. So I don’t know I usually don’t like hotels that are not inside a building.

Property was ok, good quality for the price I would say. Some stains on the carpet and shower door didn’t close but otherwise fine.

Clean rooms It is advertised falsely . This property is nowhere near the Warner Center which I have stayed at many times , rather it is east of there by several blocks in a rundown part of town.

Room was clean Room was rather dark and the hotel was quite noisy, mostly due to the other people staying there.

It looks nothing like the picture It was sorry the walls things are broken. Shower floor was brown. Felt very uncomfortable

Great location, customer service was excellent, and I enjoyed this spacious shower. It seemed that other guests did not find it too disrespectful to leave letter all amongst the ground all over so I went around picking it up, which was noticeable because some happened to be hypodermic syringes and I felt like that was inappropriate if a child were to have found it.

Rooms are clean and nice. No bedbugs. Not enough parking spots and the floors of the building need a touch of paint.

Staff was very accommodating when I had to change the dates on my booking. Room was a lot smaller than the one they show in the pictures.

Attractive interior finishes, comfortable beds Odd smell in room, perhaps coming from AC unit. AC unit is a bit noisy.

Cold workers no answer online

The bed is comfortable and next to the hotel has lots of good restaurants Hum the first night we stay next to the road such that quite noisy. When we want to extend two nights, the rate of the hotel is quite high
