El hotel estaba cerrado por lo tanto no pudimos usar nuestra reserva y la hicimos 3 meses antes tiempo el cual podían comunicarse y explicar que ya no estaban abierto al público y regresar el dinero

This hotel was closed down for quite some time. I am still trying to get a refund back from Expedia, even though they are still booking reservations. It doesn’t exist anymore!!

the entire building was shut down and we couldnt even get into the parking lot for our booking cause the building was shut down so waited for 5 plus hours to even reach anyone by that time we had no where to go worst site too book anything from ive never been stranded after paying for hotel room it was unbelievable no one helped us spent hours on phone all night calling expedia and it just was the worse time ever

This hotel isn't even open smfh, then they sent me to a hotel WITHOUT a waterpark, downgraded my room from a 2 bed room to a single bed so i had to sleep with my son the whole time and the staff at the other hotel were very rude as if i was the inconvenience

Had to call Atlantis Hotel. Thankfully they had room for us at their hotel. However the front desk told me the Polynesian was under construction but their were no construction crews insight. Being moved to a different hotel was a total inconvenience to my family's stay.

They cancelled my reservation the day of. 2 hours before check in and have yet to refund me.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed and the alternative one listed on the card had no room for us. We had to look for a place for me and my family to stay overnight in another hotel.

Hotel is closed for season, upon arrival we were directed to a sister hotel. Original room was dirty and smelt horribly. In order to get a clean room we were charged and additional fee per night. The new hotel is also not ASA compliant, as most halls had stairs that you could not avoid

Staff was very nice and the room was clean, furniture was very dated and well used. Beds were comfortable, bedding clean. Living room area was very dark with no windows. Shower/tub needs to be replaced. Refrigerator was adequate. Spacious, just needs a little updating.

I called Before booking and was told that the indoor pool was open. There was absolutely nothing open. I came From far and couldn’t do nothing but be in a hotel. This was so inconvenient for me and my family. As this was our Christmas trip. My gift to them. I’m very disappointed
